I always put effort out to help noobs, and if its in wc, I usually get the rude comments. I try to avoid wc whenever i can, period, actually. @ymk19 in your quests there is a tab called Promotion click it. now click knight.... these are the requierments to be a knight.... when you are a knight you get the materials free! to make another city.

The Ideal Time To Build A New City Is When You either have a fully upgraded 1st city... cant fit any more troops in ur main city or want to make a post nearer any enemy to keep troop nearby

mission : attack

And the result is...... my hero come back, but 250 worker and all resource lost.

and still I dont have new city.

i dont think you even need an academy in the new city to share the research levels. you don't really need anything at first except for cottages. you can transport resources from your main city, so that you can actually start building up the new city with actual buildings. when i was upgrading my buildings in the new city, it took the same amount of time it would have taken my main city to build the same building, at the same level.
