Great guitar in for the price range. I've owned many guitars. American strats and tele's, LP's Ibanez, Jem's, JS's RG's, PRS's, Custom 24, Single Cut. My Reverend guitars will stand up against any of them in quality.
I have to say, I've gathered quite a few Guitars over the years, Gibson, Fender, PRS, Guild; and this is has become my favorite of them all. It's not the most expensive by any means, It's just playable. It's light weight, resonant, always stays in tune, holds the same set-up you see Joe working on here, and most of all it's creatively inspirational.
i just discovered this guitar series , REVEREND guitar, they are completiy awesome!! could someone please tell me the story on this guitars? i first though it may had some relation with ther band reverend horton heat, but i might be totally wrong, i really apreciatted if some one gives some info on it....thankss!
I'm not answering for Joe-- but from my personal experience hanging out at their shop at the Russell Industrial Center in Detroit, Joe and Kyle worked their asses off on their hand-wired Naylor Amp products every day. They assembled chassis, hand made the wood cabs and heads, applied the Tolex... Very labor intensive, and a beautiful end product. I wish I had purchased one when I had a chance! -Dualtone56
I have 2 Reverends. A SixGun and a CK290.

Joe, Why did you stop making the Naylor amp? They were killer.

That Bigsby really holds a tuning well. Joe did that set-up on On June 9, 2006 and the Guitar is still pretty much perfect.
