I would like to know if any of the land in the affected areas where the water has been withheld has been purchased recently. It would obviously have lost an extreme amount of value and would explain the assinine reasons for shutting off the water. Follow the money train and see who is profitting from this abuse of power. Once those with connections buy the worthless land, the pumps will be turned back on and someone will make huge profits. always follow the money!
