He wasn't suspended. He dropped out to go become a singer. Remember that Jaejoong left home when he was a teen and moved to Seoul to pursue a singing career. After he debuted with DBSK, he eventually went back to school when he was about 20/21 years old and graduated. This actually happens to a lot of idols.

If you are an idol, they allow you to color your hair and stuff. I know that all the members had dyed hair while attending school.

However, Yunho use to dye his hair back black when he went to school. That's just how he is.
