Good to hear from you. How is your paradise coming?

I'm trying to finish the house as top priority, but working with mud in the rain has some draw backs. We are really gungho to get the humanure-soldier fly larva-fish-garden links in place.

We are currently testing humanure composting, but its looking like we will opt for long term composting toilet. This way we dont have to empty it for 30 years if we do not want to and because a solar powered fan to suck odors away is going to be a must. I emptied 40+ pounds of soldier flies at the end of last summer so that was a success. You will see what I mean once your is going. I had to get a start from someone else, there were no worms in my area when I needed them.

Currently I working on a 90x40 foot area to transform into a highly productive garden paradise. In it is a small 1400 gallon pond and a 32 foot long aquaponic grow bed which iI'm struggling to get ready by the end of the month so I can get it planted.
