i have the same netbook.....and gta runs by my samsung between 10 and 18 fps.
whats the problem with my samsung??
i have 2gb ram, and it runs very slow by me.

@klkenyon2 800x600 with full setting if im correct. I can run GTA SA at the normal resolution 1280x(forgot), with full setting on my Ion Netbook online, with around 35+ fps, highest fps ive been to is all lowest setting with 100fps+ never went lower. 30FPS is playable for GTA SA, so its all good anyways :D

it is intergrated video chip....
the diference is that its from Nvidia not from intel...
