i used the 100% Pokedex cheat so i could get the national pokedex so i know the numbers for the pokemon modifier cheat...but rowan wont give me the national pokedex.But all he says is this:

"Ah, Divreus!"

"You've come to show me the progress you've made on your Pokedex?"

"Hmm..."

"You've spotted 151 Pokemon in Sinnoh..."

"I see!"

"You've met all the Pokemon there are in Sinnoh!"
