These animals need locked up! Since 1984 the Police have stopped policing by consent and have turned against the people, using violence and intimidation. This poor fellow was on the ground, it is a violent assault to use this weapon on him. Sickening!
Besides the punchs thrown I see nothing wrong with it. If the clown on the ground followed the police orders and didnt refuse than 5 police wouldnt have been needed. What were the police meant to do? Say please? tickle him till he allowed the cuffs to be put on?

We are innocent till proven guilty in a court of law and should always be given the benefit of the doubt. We do not know the circumstances, but if this innocent man was using a weapon, then violence would be understandable. If he simply disputed, or refused to go, then the Police would be justified in using reasonable force. If the Police can not restrain a signle man between the two of them, then they are not much use as Police. When the Police assault the innocent then they are the criminals.
Yes I agree that the excessive force wasnt warranted and should be punished but think of this.Whilst we dont know exactly what was the precurser to this arrest he wasnt giving in without a fight,remember the guy wouldnt have even been searched at this stage and could have been carrying anything. The question still remains,would it have happened if he had followed the police orders? Im not condoning this dog act by the cops but would it?
