@albertmata93 You are still missing the point. I know cs lewis' world well. the other world he is refering to is heaven is he not? are you not ? "thy kingdom *come*" Jesus returning / second *coming*, resurrection, is all about the creation being restored, not about another world. It is about *this* world. It's ok if you don't get it. as a believer in Christ, you enjoy it even though you may not grasp the magnitude of your inheritance. Blessings!

Primarily that coming to believe in God is a journey of inner space, not scratched out of the rocks of scientific discovery. C.S. Lewis called himself the most reluctant convert to Christianity, because he exhausted every other explanation and conceded that God was real. All of his following literary works were an outflow of that decision. :) Hope that sorta answers your question

Now to the truth one. If it is true and every miracle is done in the name of Jesus, then there must be something special about it, it's not necessarily the truth, but something special. I haven't heard of other miracles than the Christian ones, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Let's take the 'got it wrong' option. It is very unlikely that getting healed from e.g. sitting in a wheelchair can be misunderstood or done by pure luck - that option is out. The lie one: Why would they lie? Christian people are (from my most neutral view) some of the nicest people I've met, and they believe in the fact NOT to lie. Humans got something called morale too: Even though you would get the most out of it (logical) to steal everything your friend got, you won't do it cause you can't.

@DropRaiseGOGO Absolutely not hating on people who express their love for God. I have several very religious friends and I'd never dream of putting down their religion. I just like to think that religion doesn't determine a person's worth. I mean, if that's your standard, then all Taoists, Buddhists, Muslims, Jews, atheists, secularists, agnostics, and all others are worth nothing, and I absolutely refuse to believe that.

You are right religion does not determine a person's worth, rather what they believe they themselves are worth according to what they believe. Christianity is so popular amongst those who are poor and broken. Why is this? Because it appeals to them. It is a religion confirming a greater love for them. I have it kind of the same way. Me myself have a hard time figuring out in a logical way if it's true or not. There's so many things that doesn't make sence in any way, and still a lot of things that fits perfectly. But I've grown up in a christian environment and can't neglect all the miracles happening around me - people getting healed and such. There's 3 opportunities: 1. They tell the truth. 2. They lie 3. They got it wrong and thought they saw something that didn't happen. To be continued

But once you stop just for a moment and think about life and what the point is, and why life on earth came to be you will begin to understand. Once you develop a relationship with God, He proves he is real to you himself. It's true some people do lie and or got it wrong, but the thing is, God is real. We just have to open our eyes to his creations that cry out his existence. If you just try to reach out to God he will answer.

But I kind of wish people would stop posting all the Christianity stuff all over this. I get that she's a Christian artist and everything, but I think the Jesus-centric comments kind of turn people off or make them feel excluded. What if a Jewish or Muslim person was watching this? I am an atheist and I love Brooke Fraser, but I wish the comments on the videos weren't so exclusive and religion based. Your religion does not determine your worth as a person.

"For Christ died as the atonement of the sins of all people, not just those who believed." There is no pride no boasting no increased sense of worth. In fact we find a greater humility in this choice. For our worth is dependent on what Jesus has done, not by any part of us. Jesus is sufficient. And he is sufficient for all. We are not chosen or worth more. We simply chose Him.
