I like the way your mind thinks..good work how about a modulating pulse magnetic cannon(speaker) our whatever you wanna call it, hitting an oppisite plate to see if you can generate foward motion, a magnetic sail..
Good job and thanks for sharing. When tinkering with circuits involving complex wave forms I use a speaker hooked up to a coil like a magnetic version of a doctor’s stethoscope. This gives me both a visual and audio reference to what the signals inside the coil are doing when something unexpected is happening. Just a suggestion that may help enhance your learning process. Cheers.
@ZincFold yes my friend, i have one of my videos "MATRIX II & SYMPHONY OF MAGNETIC PULSES" i install audio reference in this experiment, and the signals inside of the coil, you can hear very clearly....! and anyway i apreciate very much your advise, is a very important sugention of your part and i will make the experiment in the next video. thanks for watching.
@rsexton89 Exactly!... Before I could afford an oscilloscope I used this to analyse signals within the coil. Over the years I'm now able to identify signal wave type with good frequency estimation by ear. Amazing what the human brain can be trained to do. By moving the pick up coil of this magnetic "stethoscope" around the subject coil one may easily find sweet spots or holes in he magnetic flux created. Also With a signal diode in place you can quickly find out the magnetic poles if needed. :-)
@ZincFold I gotta say, I wish instead of jumping in and trying to make these ridiculous "over unity" devices that people would crack a first year EE book. That would do a lot more to help the learning, and get rid of a lot of garbage videos and ideas.
@htomerif, we are an inventive/creative species. Sometimes some of the best out of the box ideas comes out of the backyard shed. I agree a little knowledge can go a long way but in many cases that knowledge is simply not available to many.
@hhoforvolts Richard, fantastic and brillant was your idea to make the STARSHIP....! i just compressed it....!
this experiment is a drawing of the MAGNETIC FIELD caused by the starship, i can SEE NOW how is the magnetic field in this coil...! thanks for watching.
if that ball had a pencil attached to the bottom and with a peace of white cardboard sitting on top of the compressed star-ship coil i wonder what pattern will be drawn to indicate the balls movement and path
@stevenchiverton yes, i said that this experiment is a DRAWING OF THE MAGNETIC FIELD, because i can see the movement and path of the neo-magnet...! thanks for watching.
wonderful work Jorge, elegant and functional! Thanks for perforning this fine experiment, ans also posting the schematic diagram. Now we can try suspending the neoball in many different coils also Aloha
How about having a magnetic piston? if that unloading sends the bouncing magnet higher, would the gained energy of falling cause an even bigger unload amplifieing the effect?

This schematic was used in some of the very first electric powered clocks. ;)
What's with all the "three periods and an exclamation sign" ?
I keep seeing these on Spanish or Mexican vids.

whats the longest time the magnet can go moving back and forth? this would be a really cool office toy.

Have you tried making the circuit resonate with the pendulum?

The main factor here is learn you say - but learn what? Nothing here other than a fancy expensive electric toy?

This visually depicts many things. The motion could be used as a secondary power source.

You have created a simple electromagnet with some frequency. Nothing new.

@KKirchev way to post a uselessly petty comment, trollmaster. i suppose you were born knowing it all.

legal espero que tu possa criar circuitos cada vez mais complexos, criando assim um robo que seja melhor de que um ser humano...

In cooking, bake a cake, cream is prepared. First the top
layer is all milky, whip it to become whipping cream, if
harden it will be your golden butter.
Are you still choose to name this "compressed"?
