put ur front feet in the exact middle of ur board, with the nose of ur shoe pointing at the nose of ur board, next u put ur backfoot on the nose and put a little weight on it, and u lift ur board up a little and then hold ur front foot and make the board do a shove-it with the foot thats on ur nose, but do NOT pop the board, and keep the feet thats in the middle steady, repeat that a couple of times and it wil look like what he's doing, im sorry for my english, but im from holland i hope u land!
