  • Can you give me some notes for this? E-mail norbert245@o2.pl sorry for bad english ;d

  • You're really good to be so young how long have you been playing?:}

  • dude hold out those notes more they are too slow i have the sheet music and they are supposed to be longer lol i have been playing for two years and you are pretty good...i play tons of things and i am pretty good! keep on playing and you will get ten times better!

  • @nathanaugeri send me a link to the sheet music

  • @gundealerofthe74th i only have it on paper :( i wish i had the link

  • your pretty good , but it seems you run out of breath easily . you should try to play softer and slowly taking deep breaths in the correct spots(:

  • pls snd me notes in mssg

  • did any1 see tht bird in the backgroun at the begining??????

  • can you please tell me the notes or sheet music

  • sooo cute

  • im play alto and im in intermediate band and jazz band and this is not that bad, i mean its not the best but saxophones are not the easy to play

and p.s. i love the title lol numb sax

  • *-* I wanna do this too... I'm playing saxophone x3

  • @SallyAcorn777 i play, Bari, tenor, and alto.

  • very good for a beginner i play the same instrument for a long time now.....it's a very addictive instrument...nd tighten up on ur emborchure........practice ur scales 2 it helps with fingering positions on the instruments...Good Job tho....keep it up...

  • Try adjusting your neck strap. Saxophones are designed to be adjusted by the player and not the other way around. Also work on your tonguing. Great effort.

  • this is awesome!

  • Can you give me the Notes for Saxophon---I have a Tenor-Saxophon

Sry for my miserable English, I`ve come from Germany

  • How long have you been playing? I'm considering if you're new(like maybe under a year or so) you are very good already. :) But maybe try tightening up your mouth or something to stop the sqeeking. Other than that, great job! I thought you were very good. :)

  • @sihtekilsdrawkcabmi This is Aidan's Dad writing here, the answer to your question is that at the time of this video he had the sax for less then two weeks. He took to it like a fish to water. I have been trying like heck for him to make other videos, but he has been resisting me all the way. He is in his school band and play's there but I have heard him play only about five times since I bought the sax for him.He would much rather spend his time playing the piano or guitar.

  • @kwhyland

You sir, have a awesome kid. 5stars for you and Aidan! :)

  • @blackmondae This is Aidan, and you are severely overestimating me. Thanks 4 the compliment though!

  • This is a really good version of numb on the sax ^^ its the first one ive heard but its still good ^^ Great job

  • Smile at the end. It makes it better. Lol I think you nearly passed out.

  • saxo y linkin park mis 2 aficiones juntas <3 jeje

  • 0:40 -- 0:54 Is AWESOME

  • Tighten up your neck strap, you look a little bent over, not good posture. also, keep you fingers closer to the keys, you can play faster that way

  • ummm good jobive been playing sax for 6 1/2 years. i used to be horrible but if you put your mind to it you can do anything. ill give 4stars

  • He's doing fine -.- remember, this video is made by a FRESH saxophone player, and he's kind of young. This is rather impressive coming from this person ;) and besides... don't go around giving tips when you don't know what you are talking about -.- @BlaazingBiran... get a better sax? What kind of advice is that? That saxophone is godd enough to learn with, when he starts getting better he can start worrying about the saxophone quality, but atm he needs to focus about his technique

  • @Twistize Thank you someone who finally mentions technique other than what type of sax you have...no matter which one you have its going to sound good if you have proper technique =P Although this would sound good on a tenor though...not saying its not good already in this vid i mean this kids amazing ^^ but i just prefer the tenor sax. Dont know why =P

  • like my teacher would say sounds like a goose with a nose cold

    or a semi truck

  • 加油^^

  • Try it on a lower sax... like bari or tenor... may come out better... nice job :D

  • mmm...1. your out of breath... breath consuming yeah?...

    2. Try playing with the original song

    3. the animal behind u soo cute.. haha

  • i play the flute.. you did a really good job thiough! i wish i was that good at playing that on the flute...

  • off beat a bit, ive only played for about...5 years now, and im still not that good at it haha

  • stick with it !! your hardly gonna be the best yet!! ...some sax players have 40 years practice....

  • good attempt, keep practising

  • srry that was really bad... work on your tone and make sure your in tune next time. good luck

  • nossa mlk burru neim levanta o sax tem ki si inverga pra tocar naum gostei

meis ele é mais ou menos é só treinar mais

  • nice

  • maybe a private teacher to smooth it out....

dont worry, i play too. i can play this too.

  • It's an alto. Soprano looks like a brass version of a clarinet, basically and a tenor's neck isn't straight, it has sorta a bass clarinet-type neck... So, it is an alto. Overall, the notes were there. Some people get really nervous when playing in front of an audience or camera and so the instrument squeaks a bit, but I found myself singing along to the song :)) It needs a bit of work, though. Just keep it up!

  • yal are stupid. its an alto. a soprano is really small and can look ike a clarinet. a tenor is bigger than an alto and has a bent neck. so get your facts straight dumb asses.

  • the tenor sax has a bass clarinet lookin neck get yalls facts right....

  • hmmm its an alto sax right?

  • Its a tenor. Imagine how tall he is. The sax passes him way past the belt

  • no. you are not right. tenor has bent neck.. try google before post

  • Alto. Tenor has funny neck.

  • Damn, you guys are right. Thats embarrasing x)

    Sorry bout that one..

  • @kwhyland dont be talking about the tenor! ill kick ur ass! lol jk

anyways we need to have a playoff! can i post a video responce?

  • @otikya hey dumb dumb, it's an alto, and kid, u should get a teacher

  • @otikya its an alto buddy....

  • Good job :P were u figuring it out while you were doing it or did u just forget?

But anyway good job on figuring it out.

  • could use quite a bit of work...

  • hey, can you tell me where you got the sheet music, i wanna learn how to play it!!!!

  • I didn't...

  • Then how do you know the song?

  • My ear... sorry. But!... blank. I don't know anywhere you can get them, I was just practicin' one night and POW!... I edumicated myself to learn the song. Got it memorized? Seriously, please, everyone, I play by ear and fingers. Not sheets. Though I do read sheets. Excessively.

    Ya.

  • ok thanks any. then can you tell me the notes or something. I really wanna learn this song!!!!!!

  • cool backyard! U must live in florida

  • I live in Ohio.

  • ohh

  • lol there a duck in the background in the beginning

  • u did a ok job but looks like u need 2 bring your neckstrape up more but its been almost a year now soo your probly alot better now :)

  • sorry for starting with the bad news to good news but im fameous for it XD

ur kinda skipping a few parts and it sounds a little like another song sometimes and u let ur body go with the flow like a jazz-man wich i kinda lolz at but still, u got some skills on the alto :] i just bought 1 and i wanted to play numb but dont know how :S my uncle is a pro, he has an alto, tenor and contrebass and he keeps showing me how to play and i wanted 1 since i was 13 so i finally got 1 :) im learnin..slowly XD

  • I'll tell you what you're famous for:

    Famous, not fameous

    Which, not wich

Oh, and they're called periods. Let's not create run-on sentences.

I figured I should give you the same type of comment you're giving the kid.

Chill out, he's still learning. This is how everyone starts. No one picks up an instrument as a pro. It takes time.

  • stop being a grade A retard ok i just said he needs practice, he says he's in a band (sure...bands dont have saxaphones anymore so good luck.) and no theyre not called periods theres no such thing. ur not supposed to cut notes to draw a breath or partly skip out a note. thats just u thinking ur smart so stfu next time.

  • what kind of sax is that?

  • E flat alto

  • muito bom

    brazil

  • at first! compliment! Did you find out the notes by yourself??? and then a tip: Try to blow the air more intensive. Your play sounds ok, but if you blow the air better in your sax, the notes will sound more harmony.

    greets

    Nevedilord

  • uhm, if he blew the air into the mouthpiece like you are suggesting, he would just run out of air and end up playing poorly when he's about to run out of air, the thing is: since he's new to the sax, his lungs arent completely used to it yet. (this will get better with time thou) so for the time beeing, just practice your sax and try mastering the tip i gave you earlier :) (This is my new YT acc <.< my previous one was moonkinz.) Good luck :D

  • can you plzzzz sind me the notes

  • for how long have you been playing btw?

  • I've been playing for about 5 months. Just started this year (5th grade) for band. Thanks for the advice...it works.

  • Np :)

  • you should upload another video of you playing sax :) would love to hear you using my tip ^^,

  • I think it's to full of unnecessary "flaps... i can't remember what it's called so i'll call it that :P when you jump from for example G to A and then repush the G pad... I used to play like that aswell because i thought it sounded neat, but the truth is: if you want to sound better when playing, you should twist the tone instead of jumping between them. (By squeezing your lips tight and blowing harder into the mouthpiece)

  • wow you sound really good i want to upload vids of me i play piano, alto sax, and drums..i want to learn how to play soprano sax and ttrumpet.

  • dude.....you have got to tell me the notes to that. we should talk sometime...i play bari...it probably sounds really cool on that

  • r u still 11 im 15 and (no offense) i play better probly cuz ive been playing longer. but if you do now how to read music if you had sheet music you would play it ten times better most likely
