Unboxing Toshiba Canvio 500GB portable hard drive

Program that comes with it does not work on windows 7 64-bit pc's. Also, it does act up after the first 2 weeks. At times you wont even be able to access it without restarting the whole computer. whatever that is worth, do research before buying this.

@drazillord Well you can only Use 16 GB for the Xbox and the rest is for Your Pc

i purchased the above exernal hard drive 500 gig usb toshiba usb, one year later it crashed and lost all data and the drive does not come with cd drivers to recover the usb exernal usb drive, all drivers is on the hard drive, you need totally differant mfg usb hard drive to backup the usb toshiba hard drive, toshiba will not provide drivers for the 500 gig usb hard drive, I need the drivers and recovery software.

how do i update my hard drive and what does the setup.exe means and what do i do with it because i have one right now like yours and i never mess with the setup.exe because idk if i will break it so i left it alon and update it idk how to either and i also try to looking it up online and i cant find the answer so yeah
