If security at an American stadium was beating a guy up the fans would just sit back and film it and then get home and complain, in non-pathetic countries we use mob justice against people who abuse power and get away with it.
WTF this has nothing to do with HARPP and it's not some fancy mind control technology.. Younger people are more sensitive to high frequency sounds as you get older your hearing degrades out of range.

i think this is part of the PROOF that HARPP technology is also for mind control, i think using the chemtrails as an antenna or amplifier.
it pushes information to our brain through air waves.
