  • how many PSI's does this air chamber hold for?

  • I can understand what he is saying. I looked at his site and his kit for the cannon are not that bad. $45.00 Plus S&H for the Air Valve, Tank Valve, Gauge, Trigger and Nipple. The PVC pipe and fittings might be a bit high. However the already put together models is not bad. If you live in an apartment or have no skills. You would want to order this already made. I am sure I and most other people could build one for much lower, but to each his own. The man has to make a living. -Peace.
  • Hey, I was wondering what the name of that Trigger model is or if there even is a generic model name. I just can't seem to find it anywhere.

    Thanks.

  • @roughscorps

Look in any air compressor section of Home Depot, Lowes or even Wal-Mart.

These air handles are used to blow dust etc.. off of parts and other items.

They should be easy to find.

    Good Luck.

    -Peace

  • Very nice tank design,What size pipe do you guys use for your Golf ball barrels barrels?

    Ps Great video!:)

  • 7:55 hahaha

thumbs up ifit made u laugh :L:L

  • All parts, tutorials and kits can be found at American Air Cannons.com

  • where do you get your schrader valves?

  • I actually need a golf ball cannon for a science project for my graduate school project.. will this actually shoot golf balls? and at what speed?

  • is that a valve from a bike tire, or could i get that from home depot, menards, lowes

  • @hawkdlb06

You can use simple pull through valves like they sell at Wal-mart 2 in pack I do believe.

    Later

  • ur a hero!

  • Would u mind saying were u get your top quality parts and the right size barels

  • Everybody needs to give this guy more credit. He is doing all he can to deliver the best possible products to the consumers. All his parts are of the best quality and the kits are put together well with very good instructions. If you want to go to a local store and buy lesser quality parts and have it explode in your face, that's your prerogative. Please give credit where credit is due.

  • I have to laugh at your incompetence when it comes to making videos.

"the thing" is called a pressure gauge.

No need to mention the size of your wrench.

And the guy holding the camera sucks at zooming. And keeping it steady.

Btw. 200-300 Dollars for some pipes. Wont sell as good as you're hoping for i guess?

  • for 50$ i built one, im getting 467 mph through a chronograph (with a hacky sack) at 100 psi all sch80, sorry dude but your way over pricing your kit, you should charge 100$ at the most

  • you should buy your parts wholesale not from home depot, AAC. Then you could make your prices cheaper and more people would buy

  • We can't keep up with the orders as it is.... If you want cheap, buy the plans and build it yourself. Then you can have the quality and the discount by going to Home Depot. Win-Win !!!

  • Hello Webgraffix im looking to purchase one of these cannons, but i have some questions. I cannot seem to find a email or any contact info. Please post up your email or phone # so i can get my questions answer and purchase one of these

  • i made mine or $35.50 with parts I bought from ace

  • Goody For you !!!

    Regards AAC

  • Goody For You!!!!

It's fun when you can build one yourself.

Our's are High Output and use top parts, not ACE hardware parts.

    Cheers AAC

  • the kit costs $200!!! i can buy all this stuff at lowes or home depot for around $30!!!!!!! RIP OFF

  • Cool....

Tell you what. I'll pay you $50. You can drive to Lowes, buy the parts, then buy the packaging, go back home, cut the pipe and glue it together, drill the valve and then package it all nice and neat and then pay to ship it out UPS w/ insurance.

Don't forget the step by step illustrated instructions that took weeks to create...

Sounds like you're a real business man.

Where do I sign up to have you become my supplier.

    Regards AAC

  • what psi do you fill the tank to?

I just need to shoot it 25-30 ft

  • I saw a "no-no", to make the cannon safer, you must sand the parts you are going to glue, then prime, then glue.

  • thst what the primer does makes the surface rough

  • @AznSushi92 no the priber is a kind of a bonding agent it softens the plastic and the glue accually melts the pastic together....

  • Man where did you find your schradder valve i can not find one

  • You can get them at any Auto Parts Store, or Grainger Supply. AAC

  • your not very good at telling us how big the parts are and what they are called thats kind of frustrating you know

  • Sorry, just trying to do the best I can doing it live without a script. All the parts and lengths are laid out in the actual plans.

  • On the website you sell these on they are wayyyy overprised. I could make the same thing for 20 bucks and you sell it for 200bucks that is just ripping people off.

You are looking for people that have no idea how much it would cost if they did it them selves and ripping them off and you know it.

  • I sell the plans for $20. They can build it themselves for around $40, but I provide a service for those that don't have the tools or the time and want a working cannon immediately. You obviously know very little about providing a service or business in general. I will gladly pay you $20 all day long to assemble and ship these cannons. After your time, parts and shipping, you will get a quick lesson in capitalism.

    Have a nice day !!!

  • Not True. These fittings are all rated at 300 PSI and have to found at irrigation supply houses, not Home Depot. Just the valve, trigger, nipple and glue will set you back $20, let alone the time I put into the plans to make it easy for someone to do it that has no mechanical skills. Calling me a rip off is hitting below the belt.

  • i agree with you webgraffix on how those fittings are special fittings and how they are more expensive and i also think that the plans are at the perfect price. I also think that the cannons are a little expensive pre built though. i have to questions, in the video when you were drilling the secong hole in the airchamber the end cap said lasco and thats home depot supplier is that wat you use when you sell your kits??

  • Home Depot only carries the trigger and Orbitz Water Valve. Most people don't realize how difficult it is to find the correct parts. These idiots that say they can build the guns with parts from Home Depot for $30 dollars are misleading people and don;t know any better. Thanks for your input.

  • lol built a potato gun thats 3" tube and looks like the law for 16 bucks with no plans and going to lows

  • That's great. You are obviously mechanically inclined. Many are not or don't have a garage or tools. That's where I come in AAC

  • The jet sounds cool.
