Whenever I try to use custom skins, I get the TF2 File Validation bug, to where it endlessly validates files, and I must completely reinstall Steam to get rid of it.

@Xoelaras It's really annoying. Wish I could add skins, but whenever I try, TF2 will try to validate files are startup, will get stuck at 100%, and not move on. Effectively locking you out of the game.
