The Nittanys are moving in the right direction with their program. They just need to recruit better and stop getting players who are recruited by small mid-major schools when they are in the Big10.

... But PSU has ALWAYS been a joke ... and they still are. Illinois used to dominate, now they suck. I'd take the second option.
