You know, I had never noticed this, but the sniper has a point. Professionals do have standards. Being polite is about the best thing you can do. Efficiency in any type of line of work is a must to get a product out there asap. And having a plan to kill anyone you meet is just good caution.

This is an English accent with Australian inflections. It sounds like the voice actor was trying to immitate Michael Caine. (English and Australian accents vary a lot.. First of all we all know that every character looks alike in the game and they would complain but if there was no character alike they would still complain. There is also no story to the game but simply shoot and go through your objective. Although, in my opinion I would enjoy a movie based on TF2.(with "The Rock" playing as the Heavy lol.)

This video just reminds me.. I used to play sniper for a clan, nothing too fancy. Sniper achievements just came out and I'd been bugging with the "Not a crazed gunman, dad" achievement.
