  • Just like the Four Seasons...Nat King Cole got started in a bowling alley.

  • Ken Murray [:35] had previously presented his "Hollywood home movies" on "THE JUDY GARLAND SHOW" during January and February 1964. Her series ended the week after this aired {on March 29th}, so Ken was able to appear on other variety shows with his film segments...

  • This was less than a year before his death. He even looks a little frail here.

  • I'm truly sorry to be so cynical, but I have to ask: Is there ANYTHING on TV today that compares to genuine entertainment programs such as Hollywood Palace and other such programs from the earlier days of TV? So-called reality shows are not entertainment; they're nothing but cheap substitutes for the true entertainers of old.

  • nat was a good singer

  • I really enjoyed this segment of "Hollywood Palace" and so did my wife. Thanks. We are looking forward to watching more of them.

  • Nat is the best artist of all time.

  • thanks this is great!

  • OMG I' have only heard of this that Nat was on this show.
