I redid it several times with the same results, however I realized that maybe the unit I own is in a different time zone than myself, so I changed the date and it generated a different code this time. When I entered that code IT WORKED!!! THANK YOU!
@snakelover9888 Try selecting a different time zone from the drop down menu on the website. When I changed mine from Feb 1st to Jan 31st it generated a different code, and when I entered that new code in to the DSI it worked and I reset my own code and security question.

wow i have a friend and his mom parental controled everything! now i acn take them off for him! awesomeness but i havent tried it yet. im sure it works though. after i wipeout his parental controls he is good to go!
