uhmmm, i was lost when i was in high school. i learn to drink beer, smoke cigar and pot at the young age of 12... I was also proud that time that i don't believe in our Lord Jesus. Then I met a girl named Katrina. She's so different from me and she's so God-centered yet, I really enjoyed every single second talking to her. Then I fell in love with her and she really changed my life. She thought me of what is wrong and what is right and how important Jesus is. But then, she never love me back....
So I decided to stay far away from her. But my love for her was still really strong (even today). And as i did that, I didn't notice that I was also walking away from God. I did things without thinking again of what is right and wrong while i was away from her. Sex, Drugs, Hurting someone etc... I really want to be back with God but it hurts in my feelings really bad because of:
1. When I worship God, it really reminds me of her and of the things she taught me.
2.The reason she never loved me, is because she said that God told her not to.
I know my reasons are very very poor. I just need some help. It's been 7 years but still, my feelings for her doesn't change. I need help. I want to be a Christian even without Katrina

I thought it was destiny, and we would marry, and serve the Lord together. And for a time, he thought so too. But he left for college, and married a girl from school. My friend, all these years later, I do understand it. Had I married him, I would not have the precious children I have today.

1. You worship and love of the Lord Jesus Christ was NOT ordered by Katrina. God has called you! Jesus has loved you, has had plans for you, since you were being woven in your mother's womb. The Word of God assures us of this.
2. I sort of doubt that God told her not to. The Word tells us that our thoughts are NOT His thoughts. However, the fact that you loved this girl is actually a good thing. It means your heart is tender, and capable of love.

@tgpjmd--7 years is long, but sometimes a broken heart takes some time to heal. This I know--if you keep trusting the Lord, he will heal this hurt. Ask Him to guide you. Immerse yourself in the King James Bible; seek His wisdom.
Consider the case of Nicky Cruz: when he got saved his was NOT with his wonderful wife Gloria. And what a blessing she is to him!

The bible says the earth is flat.
Isaiah 40:22 says the earth is a CIRCLE.
Daniel 4:10-11a tree that is as tall as the heavens
can be seen from everywhere on the earth
Matthew 4:8 has Jesus viewing the whole earth from a tall mountain.
Revelation 1:7 says every eye will see Jesus coming in the clouds.
Daniel, Matthew, and Revelation all require a flat earth.
Well, either flat or bowl-shaped.
