@druha10304 That's what most people don't realize about Daigo, he has always used one of the top tier chars in Sf fighting games, or THE best char in the game. Akuma, undoubtedly, was the best in Alpha3, just like he used the best in Third Strike which was Ken, and in SF4 to SSF4, he used Ryu the top tier char, and now in Arcade Edition, he uses Yun, the top char in it, he doesn't stay to one style, he just uses the best char the current game has and exploits it to the max.

I say ken was, since people tend to abuse using the best char in fighting games which is why currently you see sooooo many yun players online in AE, and almost half of the people at that evo used ken, more than chun or yun.

Yun has the swift neutral punishes and Genei, Chun Li has those a bootleg Byakko, footies and her SA2, Ken is an all around character with 2 vaccuum supers. Are they the best characters in the game? No. Are they top tier characters? Sure. But just because they're overused doesnt mean they're the best. Look at Q.

@ClericalBattousai People use Q regardless of the fact that he has shit priority with a lot of his attacks, but his power and taunt along with command grabs make up for his short comings. Honestly TS is all about if you know what you're character can do and how to manipulate their attributes to get the edge over your opponent. Look at Kuroda or even Hayao or... theres a particular necro player but I forget his name. All sick players that use characters that arent exactly first choice.

Daigo only uses ken in SF3 3rd strike is becuase the projectiles are pointless(parry), since ryu is mostly a projectile type character(Valle uses ken too).

I would say that in america, the minorities are the best at fighting games. Valle, Choi, Wong...lol
