It is one of the Gundam vs games. This game is not free, and not available on PC, just on consoles.
But there are a very similar game to this, called Ultimate Knight Windom XP (this one is PC game :D ). A little faster than this game, and harder to hit your oppenent, but good game. :)
@unknown6265 i suggest u dont use it against other skilled players, it leaves u vulnerable since they can easily dodge it and shoot u down. I suggest using the (top L button) combo in trans-am gn sword form.
Reason he got owned is cause the AI is set very low and the Level of the suit aswell, 3 Beam shot from a 3k unit only amounts to about 187 damage. With a slow AI and low suit stats (Level) you can take it out pretty easy.
I'll admit thou, the player as good control of the OO-Raiser. He knows the combos and which 1 can connect well (Assist- GN Sword II Boomrang - GN Sword III Combo - GN Missile)

I only now noticed 00 raiser borrowed design from both GP01 Full Vernier and Gundam MKII, with the core fighter and boosters of FB looking similar to 0 raiser and twin drives, whilst Gundam MKII docks with the fighter to form Super Gundam.

@patzeovigold That wasn't Trans-Am Bust, that was Trans-Am Raiser. Trans-Am Burst can't do any damages, it simply releases enourmous ammount of pure GN particles to expand the Quantum Brainwaves of a TRUE Innovator when using the Twin Drive.

I'ts available on PSP only and it's JAPANESE ONLY.
You can however still play it since that there is no story involved and the controls are easy to master once you understand the Arcade Shorthands.
Also even thou its a JAP game, being region free, any PSP will be able to play it.

P.S. if there are design flaws, then they MUST BE REVEALED so that people will IMPROVE THEM in future series!
If it was TOMINO behind the wheel of SEED Destiny's Development, the Strike Freedom would look 500x more ORIGINAL and KICK ASS than it does right now.
He would NEVER let unoriginality and fan service get in the way of what Gundam really is about.
P.S.S. SEED Destiny has WAY TOO MANY GUNDAMS in it as it is. Over 30 Gundams, believe it or not.

@patzeovigold That wasn't Trans-Am Bust, that was Trans-Am Raiser. Trans-Am Burst can't do any damages, it simply releases enourmous ammount of pure GN particles to expand the Quantum Brainwaves of a TRUE Innovator when using the Twin Drive.
Also is this REALLY your first video dude? cause that was freaking smooth, no lag or loss of frame rate O_O
