Wonderful testimony of Victory keep sharing more people go through this than what we realize. I have been dealing with the same issues for some time now and I've decided to move forward and live life more abundantly. @bazodee2 - I contemplated on sharing this part on screen, but my car hit a stick in the road. It startled me, so I hit the brake and my car came to a halt. My sat inside of my car and I cried until I couldn't cry anymore. I literally sat and cried for hours until my insides ached. After that, I grabbed the first piece of paper that I saw, the first pen I could find .... and wrote a song. I entitled it, "I Can." based from the scripture, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

This is just what I need to hear. I'm experiencing a lot of what you have experienced NOW. Trying my best to fight off strongholds realizing I can't do it alone yet not fully embracing what God has in stored for me. Depression is a beast and I've been battling it for so long. So many celebs are missing out on this, b/c they are filled with way to many ppl around them speaking death, and thinking that if i only had a tv show, or a movie or an album!! man, ppl betta get it together!!! and those of us who aren't celebs, there's no difference!! @Nanaslittleblessing - Truth are the words you speak. I didn't realize that I was falling into a downward spiral; it was all a part of satan's plan. What's interesting is, shortly after I was delivered, I lost my desire to sing. I stopped singing for MONTHS. Someone came to me and declared that I could not keep my mouth shut, or the enemy would have me right back where he had me. I haven't stopped singing again, since. I pray that God will continue to use me to minister to others. I love u, too.

AMEN!!!! Man I have a testimony like this. It's not as deep because I never attempted suicide, but I experienced low self esteem at a young age as well because of people. Thank you for that testimony. Such a blessing!

More people than we realize deal with depression, and it's honestly really sad. That's the easiest thing to fall into; especially in the times and world we're living in. You know what Shyloh, I have struggled with that. I tend to always think that my testtimony doesn't really amount to anything because I haven't had some of those I guess life altering experiences like you or others that I know. I know the Lord has called me into ministry, but I still wonder how can I communicate with others on a certain level when I can't really relate to what they went through. Please pray much for me. @sosoblessed1 - Thank you, Dee. I wrote a blog years ago entitled, "My testimony is your deliverance.." it upsets me that the enemy has so many people ashamed of what they are going through, and have gone through. The shame causes them to close their mouths on what God has delivered them from. I am able to open up because I finally have my liberty; I'm finally free. Prayerfully my beginning will show others that it's okay to ask for help. I'm shaming the devil, and not thinking twice about it.
