PS: Not all vegans are healthy. Chips/fries are vegan. Dark chocolate is vegan. Potatoes are vegan. White rice/pasta/bread is often vegan. You can easily be fat on a vegan diet. You obviously just have fat friends. Sorry.

yeah man but American vegetables are not the same as other countries so you actually need beef if you want to get all the essential amino acids that's vegetarian people are so skinny they don't have any meat on then i mean they got no muscles only bones vegetables are for bones only
wow. There are a TON of plant-based proteins. Beans,nuts,seeds,whole grains,even leafy greens have some protein. Too much protein, especially animal protein can leach calcium from your bones. Thats why people who drink tons of milk commonly get osteoperosis and vegans rarely do.
I assume you have integrated coconuts and avocados into your diet? I noticed I don't get sun burned or acne as much on a mostly raw diet w/mainly fruit.
Thanks for your great videos. My boyfriend had extreme acne and was given Accutane. It essentially "dries" out the lubricants in your system. He was an athlete and ended up suffering lots of injuries. It can also affect you having children one day.Please research this drug. You're a lovely young lady and I wouldnt want you to hurt a part of your future potential unknowingly.You are on the right path, seeking to help your body through natural means. Keep going, you'll get there!
Good job girl.. It's amazing what raw can do. I love that I don't have to worry about counting calories or anything with raw. It just keeps you at whatever weight you need to be, whether you need to lose or gain. Oh, and thanks about my face. Kind of wish I would have started posting vids from the very beginning of my raw journey. Anyway..

Accutane, is a very toxic drug. Be really careful as suicidal tendencies are one of the side effects.
