Just got back from here! The staff were really friendly, although the male receptionist looked a bit dodgy! The food was pretty basic but was generally good standard, got a bit repetitive over the days though! I think this hotel would be great if it was in a different part of Fuerteventura because Costa Caleta, - although beautiful - was pretty boring! If you take away the beach sports and the cute chipmunks that are running around that u can feed,its pretty dull! Great place, would go back :D

this is a gr8 hotel don't get me wrong! but its like a ghost town outside the hotel, its dead, theres hardly anything or any1 around da hotel!

went all inclusive with thomas cook for a week in march 2010, the hotel was nice and most of the staff were nice too. but the food was terrible and believe me i'm not too fussy when it comes to food, it was advertised that tea and cakes where avaliable in the afternoon but only cheap biscuits were, also for one day and night there was no hot water in any of the rooms.

Their was plenty of free entertainment for adults & children to keep you interested during the day/night.The resedent acts were very nice to the children & seemed to enjoy their work. Beware leaving valuables in your room outside the safes provided. My daughter had some of her belonging stolen. But was unable to prove this to anyone. Our word against theirs. If you want to be secure, use your personel safe (2 euros/day) or take it with you when you leave your room. Don't risk it.

Stayed at this hotel this summer (08). The Hotel was clean & resonable well maintained. The Staff as a whole were o.k, but tended to favour the native Spainish customer over the travelling Brits, especially at the internal bars, dispite being in the queue first.The pool was clear on first sight,but dirty at the bottom. The pluses were that the buffet/counter food was varied & fresh.But hot plates were cold. Which meant your food was then cold when you reached your table.
