What you should do, if your still interested, is go into "edit town", then select your family, merge it with hers. Then you click on her house again, select split up household, and move out her ex and her child.

Next, you need to save up your aspiration points and buy the "clean slate" reward, I believe. Then you will start over, and if you get your relation high enough, you should be able to marry her.

hi i just started going out with this sim on my game and all i done was flirt with him and kiss him etc. Tnen i seen that i could ask him to sleep over. I invited him over by the phone and then near night it said i could invite him to stay over. I think u need to have certain amount of love with sim before u can marry etc. Just keep kissing them and flirting and building it up :)

you are so frustrating me right now xD for advanced romance options, you have to keep doing romance things without doing a friendly thing or anything else, which you'll spam like five romances in a row and then you do a friendly thing which resets it! STOP DOING THAT. And I believe "ask to move in" is a friendly option, so you probably want to spam friendly.

If you want her to marry you and/or move in with you, you have to keep building up the romance... just keep stringing together romantic interactions until the option comes up (DON'T do any friendly ones, or it resets the romance and you have to start over.)
