idk i saw them at this show live (el corazon Seattle washington) and she didnt actually sound like this it was much more raw and kinda annoying they sound to much like siouxsie and the banshees and they use the misfits idea of writing songs about old horror movies plus when i actually got to meet the band Ryann and Jonah were hella cool but the guitar player was a total dick so i just stopped caring about them

There's nothing wrong with having inspirations. If no one sounded like anyone else then there'd be no Primus, cause they sound like The Residents. And Tom Waits would sound totally different if he didn't take a page from Captain Beefheart. Now totally ripping off a band like Limp Bizkit did to Korn, that's a whole other story. And there's always gonna be at least one member of any band that's gonna be a dick. So don't worry about it.

I saw them with FATA, and Silverstein ...pretty awesome live..that guy with the Fro is an awesome guitar player..their music reminds me of 80's horror films like night of the living dead, although I think most of their music is inspired by horror films

I totally agree with you pistolwhipsguitar...Ryann Donnelly has got to be the best female vocalist that I have actually enjoyed listening to...this is of course my opinion and you can go against it I really don't care. But it just all goes together with such intricate guitar and bass riffs...they totally kick ass...I'm going to see them this weekend!! Agreed. On CD's and shit, they make Avril's voice sound like it's big and amazing, but live she's a really quiet singer and there's nothing that special about her. Hayley and this chick(not sure of her name) have really unique voices. Both are unmistakeable and distinct. Hayley has more of a pure voice, and this girl has more of an opera-ish sound about her.

First of all, Paramore is something we've all seen. Poppy front-girl trying to rock when we all know she's talentless. Second of all, Gym Class Heroes just happened to get big before SYH. They're genres are completely different, so why try to compare? And finally, this band is amazing. They're so eclectic and so in sync with eachother on stage as well as on their records. Find a girl that can sing opera AND make her voice sound like Ms. Donnelly's and THEN you have the right to compare.
