  • MUY LINDA LA MAQUINA, PODRÍAS PASAR LOS PLANOS Y MEDIDAS POR FAVOR, medinajc2008@hotmail.com MUCHAS GRACIAS

  • @lourdesnmc Lo siento, mi espanol es horrible. No tengo planos. ( i think you are asking me for plans and i dont have any. we built this as we went. When I get some I will make them available asap. Thanks for you interest, sorry my spanish is horrible ) I will post more videos soon. Thanks again

  • @forbyn Don't be sorry. Your español is excellent. By the way, that's a great machine.

  • listen to "Lowrider" by Cypress Hill and watc this! :D

  • Hey where can i get the plans for this?

  • Re-shoot this video... cover the mic when not in use as we don't need to listen to the wind hitting the mic. Also have someone ride next to you with a video camera. Half of your shots are wasted as we really don't get a good look at what you are trying to show us. The machine does look great and I hope you re-shoot so I can see it.

  • @earthstewardude I will see if I can get some better footage. I was just holding my regular camera in vid mode as its all I had available. Been meaning to post more vids anyway. Maybe I will do one at the skate park. Thanks for watching and the constructive advice! Greg

  • whee can i find one of these pedal cars

  • @jenjamin84 We are slowley but surley building our first batch with all of the new improvements over the prototype in this vid. I will post vids of the new models asap! Thanks for watching!

  • @forbyn

will it ever be able to go 70 mph?

  • can you legally ride it on the bike lane or streets to go anywhere ?

cuase here in cali they have a stupid regulation about 4 wheelers

and got a ticket for riding mine

  • @11hemas I never had a problem and i am in cali. you should look at federal law and see what the definition is for it because federal law supercedes local law. I think if its a single person un powered vehicle under a certain weight and size its legaly a bike. i think.

  • @forbyn yeah but mine was just a pedal car ,not powered but nothing other than my legs, i guess that cop was just in an urgent need to write someone a ticket! he said up to 3 wheels is fine but not 4.

  • @11hemas i would say he is wrong according to California Vehicle Code Section 231. it just says one or more wheels. if thats the case everyone with training wheels is screwed and gets a ticket when they leave the driveway. there are going to be a lot of angry parents when there 4 yr olds get a ticket for riding i the culdesac lol.

  • @forbyn ignorant cop having a bad day i guess!! lol .thanks, i like your pedal car and it seems fast too!!.mine was a purchase but im actually working on building mine from scratch using two mountain bikes side by side

(sort of) i have my design plans but now i need metal tubing and proper metal cutting and bending tools.

ill send you a youtube vid when im done and so you can give me your opinion on it. thanks

  • it is and thank you very much! Its sure is nice when someone likes what you do. I am still building other ones with my dad. The new one has reverse. Its still not up and running yet but i will post vids when it is.

  • that looks awsome!!!! is it homemade????

  • that looks awsome!!!! is it home ade????

  • Very nice! IMO, quads have far fewer limitations than trikes. You can build them higher for riding in traffic, and extend them to add cargo and engine space. A perfect platform for velomobiles.

I hope this becomes a trend!

  • @LibertaerUeberAlles Thanks! I am working with pops on the new one. I want to buils a pedal truck. Mostly like this but with a bed on the back so I can haul tools and amps etc. Wheel base should stay the same with my new layout. Will post vids when complete! I hope more people build these too.

  • @LibertaerUeberAlles I use a Trikke (three wheeled do-hickey) and on streets with appropriate berms and cargo net, you're good, and it's more cardio. I only wish i could make one. I dig these cars for that reason.

  • Is this a kit or did you and your dad design it. It looks really good and maintaining 22 mph is remarkable.

  • @Nu13th It was designed and built by Dad and Myself. Thanks! The new prototype will be done in the next few months...should be around 50 lbs. and a bit faster. This was the first idea. Maintaining 17 or 18 mph on flat is good. 22 is pedaling pretty fast. I dont think i could maintain it on flat for long ( i am a little out of shape ). I think the new model should do that pretty easy though.

  • @forbyn Compliments to your dad and you. Aside from it being a nice looking vehicle, it looks like a comfortable ride. These vehicles interest me because in our small down town area the speed limit is 20 mph and the speed limit in the residential area around our down town is 25 mph. That makes these pedal vehicles usable locally. Have you tried using clip in pedals for added power?

'Looks like you're getting good leg extension. Thanks for the vid. Very cool.

  • Nice... how is it up hills?
