The reason you did not get the kill is because you were trying to quick scope treyarch made the snipers not be able to quick scope because the community manger Josh Olin said it was a cheap way to play, so before you go and complain that it was bad hit detection a sniper isn't supposed to be used in that way in the first place so stop crying and use the sniper the right way or go back to Modern Warfare 2 where you can quick scope to your hearts content!
