  • i think the problem is your legs.. obviously. but what you need to do is first of all get a little more momentum, so when your doing your mills you aren't relying on your arms for momentum. second of all you need to try and put more emphasis on your left leg, it seems as if your not doing much with it. third, just a tip.. keep your legs spread as far apart as possible, but not bad.. keep on practicing (:

    Everytime i attempt a windmill i dont get the full rotation but i start from a baby freeze so tell me what i do wrong

  • your mills are nice, it's your hands pushing you in a different position, just fix the hand placement

  • Reason: Your legs need to keep a constant shape... as a V and dont swing ur leg. when you get momentum keeping a good shape will make it look good

  • kick harder at the start and you will get more speed and with the speed your mills will naturely look better also get up on your shoulders more thell look better cleaner and faster from that .

  • Your basically not using your legs at all. Your arm and upper body are doing all the work and your legs are just along for the ride. Concentrate on using your legs to generate the momentum. You start out ok, but the legs are where the power comes from. Once you start getting that momentum going, make sure you keep a slight bend at the knees to maintain that centrifigal force.   • If you're talking about your drifting then it's because your stab is low. Nothing wrong with it, but if you want faster or cleaner mills then you should just go ahead and do forearm mills or even no-handed mills.

  • keep your head on the floor throughout and that should help you roll higher across your shoulders which will make you pivot around the same spot whereas yours mover around

  • a lot of what everyones saying is right, but to me it looks like its happening because you're trying to see where you're going, and turning your head. Keep your head straight and your body wont follow and twist.....try it. I bet it helps.

    you gotta move right leg over and your left leg follows, but ur doing the opposite

  • your legs should be split sideways at ALL times, when the "whip" of your left leg occurs, dont pivot your waist. let the momentum take you over your shoulder while your legs collapse forward over your body. when the whip takes you over your shoulder and back to handglide position keep your legs split and allow you hand movement to give you room to bring you legs around once more.
