why are people comparing fedor to tyson? they are in different sports thats like comparing micheal phelps to jesse owens. tyson is the greatest boxer up to this point just as fedor is the best in mma up to this point,, put fedor in a boxing ring with tyson fedor is losing, put tyson in a cage with fedor tyson is losing...they are both the best at what they do but it pisses me off when people bad talk tyson you would forget all your criticism if you actually had to say it to him in person

First of all this interview was made when Pride was still alive, and Pride was much much better than UFC in every aspect.

JDS did not KO Mirko, CroCop could not continue due to a cut and the fight was stopped in the 3rd round.

it's very hard to believe that the fighters in UFC are weaker than Pride..There are lot of great fighters, for example Junior dos Santos...who knocked out Mirco few feeks ago

The UFC put a special clause in Fedors contract that would have allowed him to compete in Sambo.

but his own company, M-1 global wasnt able to compromote his fights, which has had stated WAY before ufc wanted him, that it was mandatory in his contract, Dana knew this and didnt even show up to the contract negotiation because he knew he wasnt going allow them to co-promote his fights. he just tried to browbeat fedor into a contract, and when he refused, dana began talking shit to ruin his name. Dana refused to sign fedor, not the other way around. when your the best, you get what you ask for
