Avon has several storage items for purses, scarves, jewelry & closets because people asked for them to bring them back
My Hubby laughed at me because I was doing like you & tacking up my necklaces on the wall but I am now using an over the door hook

You can use a hole punch and the covers, and set your HOOKED EAR RINGS IN SO THEY DONT DAMAMGE :) OR JUST USE THE COVERS SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR EAR RING HOLES ARE!
