@Cmafew Normally against anyone else I would agree with that, but no it wouldn't matter since this is Mark Hunt were talking about here, If the dude had tysons power it still wouldn't have nocked him out, since Hunt has taken much harder shots that even a man like Tyson couldn't deliver. Hunt is the only man to ever take not 1 but 2 flush left headkicks from cro-crop and survive, the dude has a superhuman jaw structure bro!
Now let's see Mark Hunt... Who is a big name in K-1... Fight someone of similar status? how bout say... Shannon Briggs? Too big? Alexander Povetkin? Too good?... How bout another fatty? Chris Arreola? Anyone think Hunt is gonna last 180 seconds with one of those? It's easy to look good against guyz who haven't even CHALLENEGED for a title!
@Gooseman2k2 what a fukin idiot, mark hunt has won the world title before, hes knocked out worldclass fighters. watch his historical fights and see for your self. instead of jumping the gun and opening your big fat mouth boy. mark hunt is 37 yrs old now twit
@Gooseman2k2 Lmao...How can you not understand what the guy is saying? Youtube is packed full of retarded 12 year olds,sorry if I hurt your feelings,If you are having trouble reading english I recommend Rosetta Stone :)
LOL Mark Hunt has okay hands, since he stood toe to toe with a decent boxer, but if he wants to face top boxers in K1 and beat them, he has to use more than just his hands, if he wants to walk out alive and win lol.As for Shannon Briggs being too big for Hunt, Mark Hunt weighs 290 pounds lol, but we know Hunt can demolish any boxer in K1, but he would not fare well in boxing against boxers like Briggs,Tua or Klitschkos.
This boxer won the cruiser weight OPBF,NABO,WBO boxing titles, he is not just any boxer.And for the record he lost to ray Sefo, and got low kicked to death by Peter Aerts. Look at his MMA record, he got tko'd by Melvin Manhoef with punches, despite being of similar size.
@sovietamerican2 If he had won the WBO title... hed be a big name... I've never heard of him... ergo he has not won any Major title!
NABO champions usually rank between 10-100... so at least there is some boxing pedigree behind him!
Now... as for the stupid crap you said... IF YOU THINK in a K-1 fight... that MARK HUNT would be able to last 2 rounds with either Klitschko... yo my friend need to get a serious CAT scan!
I also bet this guy dident fight MMA/K-1 till he was retired! like all Box!
LOL, funny, you are the only pretentious, pathetic fatuous charlatan that thinks a kickboxer, with punching power and knee/kicking ability can lose to either Klitschko in a kickboxing match lmao, that is utter dystopian fantasy at best. Klitschkos wont magically survive the leg kicks, neither would they magically end the fight their way, you acrimonious boxing fans remind of WWE fans, thinking Brock Lesnar is some sort of god lmao, and will beat MMA champs -_-
@sovietamerican2 Both klitschkos started their careers as kickboxers... Vitali was an amature world champion... and at the time touted as possibly the greatest prospect of the decade!!! later on as all top prospects do... he went where the money is... idiot!
Also... um... Brock Lesnar DID beat MMA champions DOUBLE IDIOT! Do you not consider Frank Mir, and Randy Couture champions???
Both Klitschkos did not participate in full contact (real kickboxing), they were those stylish unrealistic dancing kickboxers (no low kicks), that is different than actual kickboxers in k1 or in todays modern kickboxing arena. Another thing, the kickboxing talent of todays kickboxers is 100 times more then the past. Another thing, kickboxers that have been checking leg kicks their whole life still get ko'd by low kicks. Mark Hunt is a better kickboxer than them.
@sovietamerican2 I don't know what your definition of "full contact" REAL KICKBOXING is... but very simply you can look up a few of their fights from the 90's
Klitschko was a world champion 6 times both professional and amature... the older brother of course. he was 34-1 and this is all long before he even started his bigger boxing career!
@sovietamerican2 Both Hunt and Klitschko fought in two of the same leagues...although I must say it was at a fairly low point in talent depth (early 90's)... I can't believe there is a man on the planet... who thinks Klitschko and Hunt are on the same level! You my friend have bewildered me!
kickboxing today is different than kickboxing in pre 1993, Mark Hunt utilizes his kicks better with his punches than Klitschko, and like I said, rules were no low kicks.and no muay thai clinching or elbows. It was stylish, unrealistic kickboxing, roufus for instance moved out of that and went to full contact.
@sovietamerican2 Yea... it's called AMERICAN kickboxing... Hunt participates in American style kickboxing as well you dingobat! There's no doubt that Hunt has accomplished more in kickboxing... as soon as Klitschko won his 6th title... he started his much bigger boxing career when he was like 22 bro!
He started... Amature kickboxing... then pro kickboxing... then Amature boxing (silver medal at the WAC) then Pro boxing...
DIFFERENT levels! ud be surprised what 20 million dollar purses attract
I am sure Mark Hunt used to participate in American kickboxing, until he moved to full contact (with low kicks). I am not calling you the enemy, I just dont like it when someone asserts that a muay Thai fighter can beat a Burmese boxer in their game, or a Burmese boxer can beat a Cambodian kickboxer, or when some one says that a pants kickboxer can beat a full contact kickboxer with low kicks, you know?? I never asserted that Fedor can be a boxing champ.
@sovietamerican2 You put far to much emphasis on low kicks... yes they are effective... especially on unhardened legs... but it really only takes a few months to condition your legs to take them and learn the requisite checks and blocks to stop them... Case and Point... watch any Thai fight past the 2nd round. Leg kicks are relegated to angle production and rhythm disruption rather than actual damage by usually just the second round!
Even kickboxers that have been checking leg kicks their whole life, lose via leg kicks. It takes alot to be able to take them without dropping. Thai fighters have been checking leg kicks and kicking trees to harden their legs through out their life, it is no wonder they usually do not feel much. Checks and blocks?? A good kickboxer will never let you easily check or block a kick.
@sovietamerican2 Even boxers who have been blocking/avoiding punches their whole lives have been KO'd by a punch... Do you now see the ridiculousness of that statement?
A leg kick check is when you dangle your leg in the air and cushion the blow by allowing your opponents power to disapate over time... a Block is (in the case of a leg kick) when you step into and drop your weight on the attacked leg so as to force your opponents strike to land with the wrong part of his leg.
Be more specific next time lol. You do know, to be a great (Full contact kickboxer) you must be an expert at using every part of your limbs. That being the case, kickboxers do not have their hands tied behind their back, you cannot just waltz past a kickboxers defense.
@sovietamerican2 If Hunt and Klitschko fought K-1 without any training whatsoever... Hunt would probably win pretty easy... Your good at what your train for. But I SERIOUSLY doubt anyone thinks that either klitschko wouldn't dominate anyone if they prepared for it! Were just talking about different levels here.
Klitschko might even beat hunt right now in K-1... Hunt will NEVER beat Klitschko in a boxing match.
Training for something your whole life, will always beat training hard for something in short time. The Klitschkos are good at boxing, but to say they can train hard and become world champion kickboxers or MMA fighters, is unrealistic. They are athletic, but being athletic doesnt mean you can train and become better at something someone else has been doing their whole life, it is just impossible or unlikely.
@sovietamerican2 Once agian... the Klitschko's ALREADY WERE Champion kickboxers... to say that they could not because of leg kicks is so ludicrious I can't BEGIN to describe it to you! Brock Lesnar had no MMA training whatsoever... and in under 2 years... won the title! Alistair Overeem is a K-1 champion (sorta) and he is now fighting at the TOP of MMA! But OF COURSE none of these guys will ever be able to challenge for a boxing world title!
Brock Lesnar was an NCAA superheavy weight wrestler, his wrestling game is the reason his transition was so smooth. Klitschkos being (champion kickboxers) is just as valid as Dolph Lundgren or Jean Claude Van Damme being (champion kickboxers). It does not make them better (full contact (low kicks/elbows/knees) fighters. Overeem and his brother had always been strikers, and they do practice everything well, thats why they made a smooth transition.
@sovietamerican2 Brock lesnar was a big name in amature wrestling... more than a decade ago! if he can so easily transition into MMA.... then the Klitschko's who have much much more MMA training than Brock did before he made his transition... and are much higher level athletes and naturally bigger men... not to mention already at the top of the combat sports tier... could just as easily pickup what they need to in a couple years! Of course with 10 million dollar checks pouring in... they wont!
Once again, being a great wrestler is more valuable than being a great boxer when making a transition to MMA. AS for Junior Dos Santos, he is basically good at everything, there is no way he can lose to Klitschko. There is no way a boxer with two hands can beat a varied striker, as for being more athletic?? LOL, Being a boxer does not make you more athletic than a fighter like Dos Santos who uses his whole body as a weapon.
@sovietamerican2 If you ask Dos Santos... what would happen to him if he fought any top 20 boxer... He would simply tell you. Don't fool yourself. Forget Athleticism! Dos Santos standing with anyone in the top20 would end with serious brain damage!
To be honest... I don't even know if you believe the things your saying... or if your just trying for some crazy egotrip! I mean JDS is a striker... a boxing style striker... standing up he literally couldent TOUCH a Klitschko!
I am being realistic, you are a fan boy, talking irrationally and using imagination. There is a term in pyschology which defines people like you, people who use opinion, and portray it as hard cold facts. Dos Santos has always been an athlete, he chose MMA, because thats where his strength was and always will be, just because he uses his hands alot, does not mean he will not use other tools when time calls.
@sovietamerican2 Do you enjoy arguing your strawman? Because it feels as though you are not arguing me anymore. Dos Santos has lots of tools... but none of those tools can reach the Klitschkos... I DOUBT you think Dos Santos is gonna be able to stand with the Klitschkos for more than 30-40 seconds. Your just lying to yourself not me! No self respecting combat sports fan would think so!
Now if JDS got Klitschko to the ground... it would be like a turtle on it's back.
Once again, you are trying to convince yourself, that Klitschko would magically disintegrate Dos Santos fist, it seems to me that you really dislike MMA or K1. All it takes is kickboxing talent, that Dos Santos has to neuter Klitschko. You telling me that "none of those tools would touch Klitschko" is like saying a heavily armoured man cant get killed by a shot gun.
@sovietamerican2 What is this madness? Dos Santos will tell you himself what would happen if he ever tried to stand with one of the Ukranian giants. He would end up swallowing his teeth! Can ANYONE be this delusional? to think a boxing mmartist is gonna stand with the best heavyweight boxers of this era? It's so ludicrious I can't believe even a kickboxing fanatic would believe it! BOTH klitschkos have far more Kickboxing experience that JDS does. And have beaten much higher level opponents!
Dos Santos has a unique kickboxing ability, and no, the level of talent the Klitschkos have faced were nothing to what Dos santos is facing. Once again, Dolph Lundgren and Van damme have as much credentials as the Klitschkos in kickboxing LOL!!!
@sovietamerican2 You think the size of someone's name is the skill and talent level of them? Both Klitschkos have knocked out more champions... than Dos Santos even has fights! Theyve been at the TOP of a division that is 9-12,000 fighters strong for about 7 years now. Dos Santos has been at the top of a 350 man division for like 2 months... YOU my friend have drunk the coolaid... you have taken the wrong pill! you are now Alice. I can no longer help you!
Once again, arrogant and ignorant fan boy you are, comparing two different sports with different athletes who use their skill for something else. Dos santos does not go into boxing because he does not know how he will do, this is a case of either (fear of the unknown) (sticking to a comfort zone) or love for the sport. Dos Santos is a bad matchup for everyone because he has takedown defense and kickboxing. Boxers will get taken down and subbed at will lol.
@sovietamerican2 ... I literally agree with everything in this post... except how am I the fanboy? YOUR the one saying Dos Santos is a standing match for Klitschko... that's just stupidity! No one can be one dimensional in MMA anymore... unless your Brock or Carwin... uh yea
Being a wrestler gives you amazing will to take down your opponent, a boxer cannot take down an opponent, its the other way around. Strikers get taken down at will, so it is a no brainer that strikers are at a disadvantage. Dos Santos has more kickboxing ability than either Klitschko, who once again, did not participate in full contact kickboxing, they did what Van Damme and Lundgren did.
@sovietamerican2 Klitschko in the early 90's was the best kickboxer on the planet... Van Damme and lundgren were not... Van Damme having like 10 fights...and Lungdren with less. And I would say Van Damme is probably an excellent kickboxer... your idea of leg kicks bieng the only thing separating full contact from not... is so dumb I can't help you! Your just so delusional, I almost look at it as a dissonance in your head that you are trying to reason with... and not me.
Of course leg kicks make a big different, it prevents people from using it, which hinders punching power;)Especially since you can break a leg or injure it, if some top kickboxer or muay thai expert delivers it. Give me evidence that Klitschko was the best kickboxer on the planet, maybe in flashy, dancing unrealistic kickboxing, which is different from actual full contact kickboxing due to the different athletes. A pants kickboxer will lose against a full contact pro
You know damn well, being a 6 time world champ in kickboxing, back pre 1993, with limited contact rules, is different than facing actual full contact kickboxers, in this case Dos Santos is more credible than Klitschko, Rick Roufus was also a pants kickboxer, but he did not know how to deal with the kicks of a muay thai expert.
@sovietamerican2 I now refuse to rehash the same arguments... so if you intend on saying the same thing for the third time... I really just won't respond... feel free to scroll through the comments tho for the appropriate response.
@sovietamerican2 Also... Low kicks were allowed in 3/5 of the leagues that Klitschko fogught in... and His one loss (KO to pele Reid) was due to a thigh kick!
HEY I learned something... I thought he only did AKA...
So according to your rules... Klitschko was a "FUll Contact Kickboxer"
Regardless, the talent pool was small, the kickboxers did not emphasize much on low kicks, due to them being not as great delivering them, and they in general were not very talented kickboxers. The Full contact kickboxers of today, will break the legs out of anyone in kickboxing back in the day, especially kicks from Muay thai fighters. Although Dos Santos is not an elite striker, He is still a better effective striker than Klitschko.
@sovietamerican2 Do you like blue coolaid? or do you like purple?
Listen man it's late... and I don't know who your arguing against... Your strawman or mine... but you are no longer being genuine. Feel free to reread all previous comments and tell me how you can possibly justify what you are saying...
LOL how can I forget, Dos Santos knows how to elbow and knee, and is probably a better low kicker than any one Klitschko has ever faced. KLitschko has never faced anyone with more than 4 tools, and who is probably better than the talent pool Klitschko has faced before.
@sovietamerican2 If you think Dos Santos could beat Klitschko... then you aren't even in agreement with most MMA fans let alone combat sports afficianados! The boxing skill level between JDS and Klitschko is about equivalent to the difference between Butterbean and Muhammed Ali.
All im saying is Dos Santos has more tools than Klitschko, so its obviously possible. Dos santos also has more Bjj credentials and grappling experience than either Klitschko.
You tell me if I am drinking cool aid, yet you refuse to acknowledge that Buakaw or Masato is the equivalent of Mayweather and Pac man in their respective sport. You tell me that boxers are magical, and will be good at any sport if they try?? You know this is horribly wrong, training at something in short time wont make you better at it than long time learners, neither are they more athletic.It is possible for K1 or MMA'ers to train for boxing and be good.
@sovietamerican2 Boxers are not magical... Buakaw and Masato are NOT the equals to Mayweather and Pacquiou. K-1 is a small sport... with a small amount of money and a small fanbase... K-1 does not draw from the ranks of the entire world nor does it have the cash to hold the best fighters to begin with. It's possible for anyone to train boxing and be good... no one says its not. but there is no denying Mayweather is head and shoulders above any other person in combat sports!
I think Im starting to get what you mean, all this time I thought you meant Boxers are better athletes than kickboxers, but you were talking about size and talent pool.Okay lol.
About the money, there is a reason why doctors dont become AStro Physicists, or mechanical engineers dont become electronic engineers. It is about what you set your mindset to, and that is what people or most people will stick with. As long as you are making money, and using what you know and are good at, people wont change their objective. Fedor isnt becoming a boxer, when he has pretty decent hands.
@sovietamerican2 If you don't think Money influences things... look at the pretty graph showing Campaign contributions and Election rates! Sure people only vote for who they think is the best right?
Fedor has decent hands? Fedor has very good power... but very little technique, speed, absolutley NIL footwork. niether does he have the requisite Reactiontime/Reflexes or most importantly defense. Is your idea of "hands" power? If so... CARWIN IS KING!
@sovietamerican2 What do you think would happen if Junior Dos Santos decided to strike with Klitschko? I mean that right there should give you pause! A man who is basically an MMA boxer whos entire game consists of avoiding and stuffing take downs. and punching... Are you telling me you REALLY THINK Klitschko can't beat a man like that? or that he couldent learn to do the EXACT same thing?
@sovietamerican2 The talent goes where the money is! used to be AKA<Boxing...
Now it's AKA<K-1<MMA<Boxing... and it's pretty easy to see! Although with the huge advancements in MMA... MMA may actually takeover one day. But that's still pretty far off!
Meaning, more athletic karate experts will be drawn to a sport where they have a great chance at using their weapons and succeed. People who are athletic can choose any sport, depending on their combat knowledge, it does not make one fighter more athletic than the other.
@sovietamerican2 If you think fighting talent is Athleticism... you must be riding the crazy train! It means alot of things... Work Ethic, Athleticism, Intelligence, Intangibles, Will.
@sovietamerican2 JESUS CHRIST! at the TOP of boxing... are the best combat sportsmen... YES they are the guys who would have been at the top of WHATEVER they did. There is NO comparison between a guy like Mayweather and a guy like Frankie Edgar... or Buakaw. That's not to say Mayweather could beat them at their own sports of course... but yes... if Kickboxing was the big sport... Mayweather would have transitioned to kickboxing when he was 19!
At the top of boxing are the best punchers in the world, it does not make them the best combat sport men, that is another fan boy opinion. Had they trained for a certain sport their whole life, and transitioned to that sport, they might have been the best, but if they start at age 19 or 20, they most likely will not, because others had been doing what they do since they were 10!! Just like anything, to be good at boxing, you train for it-_-.like anything else.
@sovietamerican2 Aye... I suppose your just gonna have to wait 20 years for MMA to overtake boxing... then you'll see all the top boxers move over. Until then... Ponder yourself this question... If JDS is the top of MMA mainly due to his boxing... WHY NOT become a top 20 boxer and make 5x more than what he makes now? Why is it MMArtists don't go down to kickboxing??? Why is it kickboxers and wrestlers always go up to MMA? Why is it that boxers never go down to mma? (in money terms)
Junior Dos Santos does not know if he will transition well to boxing, because to go in to boxing one must train, and one will not know if they will be triumphant or not, thus this is either a case of (love for the sport), (sticking to ones comfort zone) or (fear of the unknown). Dos santos is a bad match up for many MMA fighters because he has take down defense, and has kickboxing abilities. If top boxers move over, you will see them train their asses off in MMA.
@sovietamerican2 Simply put... what is the K-1 equivilent of Sergio Martinez, Nonito Donaire, Youriorkis Gamboa, Guillermo Rigondeux, Bradly, Klitschko's, MAYWEATHER, PACMAN... You cannot honestly say there are K-1 fighters at that level! PERHAPS Masato or someone like that who is just freakish! even then I doubt he'd rise to their level!
There are many lower weight kickboxers who are at a high level just like in boxing. The lower weight division is where the kickboxing talent has been, and will always be on. Now you are speaking irrationally. You are comparing (two) different sports, with athletes who use their body differently, how can you say they are not at that level?? because they fight in a sport where the money is on average less?? That is foolish thinking if you ask me.
@sovietamerican2 If PRO kickboxing had as much support as PRO boxing... THEN BOTH THE KLITSCHKOS WOULD BE KICKBOXERS! It's SO FRIGGIN SIMPLE! They already won the Kickboxing titles... and then stepped up to boxing JUST LIKE a HUGE amount of other boxing champions! If kickboxing wanted to keep them... it would have to pay them what boxing did! How difficult is this? If K-1 Payed Overeem like MMA does... HE WOULD JUST BE A K-1 KICKBOXER!
Kickboxing is popular in many places around the world. If the Klitshckos had stayed in kickboxing, they would have been in a rude awakening against (Full contact) kickboxers, just like Rick Roufus was.
Brock Lesnar lost to Cain, a true (worthy) MMA champion, and was getting killed by Carwin, a true MMA wrestler, not some 50 year old man, and some slow bulky Frank Mir. That is what I meant. Kickboxing is an art form and a science all in itself, there are strategic game plays in kickboxing just like in boxing, and the fact is, Mark Hunt is a better kickboxer than either Klitschko.
@sovietamerican2 No one is doubting the sophistication of kickboxing as a sport... it's the talent depth that has a disparity! in boxing there are about 2000 ranked professionals for each of the 16 weight classes and perhaps 5,000 unranked/club fighters! In kickboxing... there is not even that many fighters in ONE weight class... combine that with the HUUUGE money disparity... and you have a recipie for talent vampirism!
Okay brother, true, in the lower weights it is a different story though, the level of talent in the kickboxing lower weights is amazing, but it is the heavy weight division that lags, nonentheless, it does not mean they are inferior athletes.
@sovietamerican2 I don't know why you think I am the "enemy"? I watch a ridiculous amount of kickboxing American and Thai and K-1... But like all combat sports fans... K-1 Grand Prix is exciting... but I'd never prefer that over a Sergio Martinez fight... or a Mayweather fight... It's just a different level.
Dolph Lundgren and Jean Claude Van Damme also were champions in kickboxing, but that does not mean they can beat a true (full contact) kickboxer, especially those of today.
Look up his record you tool, it says he won the cruiserweight WBO title, unless of course God is making me insane. What is Klitschko going to do to Mark Hunt?? This isnt a boxing match, maybe in boxing Mark Hunt would leave in a body bag, but in K1, Mark Hunt can end the fight however he likes. LOL, dont even mention MMA, boxers of all sorts would get taken down and submiited or pounded out, two hands verses everything.. WHO DO YOU THINK WILL WIN??
@sovietamerican2 I just looked up his record... he has NEVER won the WBO belt... sorry... he won the NABO NA standing for North American... His highest rank that I can find is 112... not exactly Pernell Whitaker if you know what I mean!
There is Major titles... Major Minor titles... and Minor titles... that my friend is called a Minor title... usually reserved for up and comers/ Prospects.
@sovietamerican2 I looked up Nishijima's record AGAIN... he has never won a major title... never even a Major Minor title... WBO NABO, OPBF and WBF titles... all three usually reserved for B fighters and prospects. who want to fight more than 10 rounds. Also used as a positional tool to force specific title defences!
Boxing fans like you, think being a boxer magically means they are unbeatable, this is called favoritism, and love for their sport to the fullest extend of worship. You have to be realistic, it does not matter if a young boxer goes in to K1 or MMA, two hands verses a versataille fighter, it is obvious who will win. It is like karate fans, or kung fu fans, thinking some power will give them a victory always lmao
@sovietamerican2 Hey Mark hunt could beat Joe Louis AND Muhammed ALi on the SAME NIGHT! You know why? Cause Joe Louis is dead and Muhammed Ali is 70+ years old! Welcome to relativism!
@SanguineBullet667 LOL boxing lost here... a "sub par athlete" just decimated a former champion boxer in a stand up. Wasn't the first time & it defiantly won't be the last...
@hikitsuzuku Dont call me an idiot because i will beat the shit out of you. Well i dont know him and im a boxer sooo... cant be that good you smug piece of shit.
@shotgunsrbest Chill out, bitch. You ain't beating the shit out of anyone. Besides, dude's right. Nishijima held multiple world titles and only lost twice. Guess you're a uneducated boxer, bitch.
@shotgunsrbest I don't need a witty insult when I've already destroyed your argument. That's the benefit of being right. Also, "bitch" is a very appropriate word for someone pretending to be tough on the internet. BTW, if you're going to criticize someone for leaving an unintelligent comment, you should probably make sure you can at least write with better grammer than a 1st grader.
@shotgunsrbest You don't even live in America, dude. What are you gonna fly here and pick a fight with someone you had a dispute with on the internet? Get fucking real. You think anyone's impressed by this posturing of yours, you knuckle-dragging manchild?
@hikitsuzuku I guess im gonna pick..... the mental one champ. Whats the care takers name that taught you how to speak? Because they did there job very badly.
The boxer had SUCH horrible defense. He was trying to use the philly crab but he forgot to use his left shoulder. He was open on the left ALL DAY. I'm surprised he didn't do too badly except near the end.
And more proof that being plump, as long as you carry your weight well, can be an advantage. Everything you do in training is the equivalent of a 30kg leaner version of you wearing a suit of armour. Well, without the clanging, I imagine. If not, then you need to see a doctor. And fat absorbs the kinetic energy from blows sooo much better than muscle and bone. It stings more though ;)
@khwc181 True, it will never completely die. But i was talking about the sport of boxing, it will die. For example, kickboxing. It is not a mainstream sport, and it died. But kickboxing is used by TONS of people.
@zacktillery i just noticed what u said about boxing and i disagree u need good hands for any form of fighting in mma for stand up fighting of course u need to train boxing and some other things
@zacktillery Yes, i did say that, but that dosent mean that i think they dont have to train hard. I know for a fact boxers train hard, probably harder than MMA fighters. When i said boxers are pussies, i meant that they are scared of fighting when they're not standing up. A boxer boxes because he can't fight on the ground, so he chose to box instead.
@ageeeeeeeeee I do MMA, i think i know how much an MMA fighter has to train, and boxing takes more stamina. I was merely stating that an MMA fighter could destroy a boxer in a fight.
@ageeeeeeeeee Look at how many rounds a boxer has to fight as opposed to an MMA fighter. I KNOW FOR A FACT that MMA is harder, but a boxer has to have more stamina. Don't be retarded, we're arguing the same point here.

This boxer won the cruiser weight OPBF,NABO,WBO boxing titles, he is not just any boxer.And for the record he lost to ray Sefo, and got low kicked to death by Peter Aerts. Look at his MMA record, he got tko'd by Melvin Manhoef with punches, despite being of similar size.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 If he had won the WBO title... hed be a big name... I've never heard of him... ergo he has not won any Major title!
NABO champions usually rank between 10-100... so at least there is some boxing pedigree behind him!
Now... as for the stupid crap you said... IF YOU THINK in a K-1 fight... that MARK HUNT would be able to last 2 rounds with either Klitschko... yo my friend need to get a serious CAT scan!
I also bet this guy dident fight MMA/K-1 till he was retired! like all Box!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
LOL, funny, you are the only pretentious, pathetic fatuous charlatan that thinks a kickboxer, with punching power and knee/kicking ability can lose to either Klitschko in a kickboxing match lmao, that is utter dystopian fantasy at best. Klitschkos wont magically survive the leg kicks, neither would they magically end the fight their way, you acrimonious boxing fans remind of WWE fans, thinking Brock Lesnar is some sort of god lmao, and will beat MMA champs -_-
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Both klitschkos started their careers as kickboxers... Vitali was an amature world champion... and at the time touted as possibly the greatest prospect of the decade!!! later on as all top prospects do... he went where the money is... idiot!
Also... um... Brock Lesnar DID beat MMA champions DOUBLE IDIOT! Do you not consider Frank Mir, and Randy Couture champions???
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Mark Hunt is a better kickboxer than them.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 I don't know what your definition of "full contact" REAL KICKBOXING is... but very simply you can look up a few of their fights from the 90's
Klitschko was a world champion 6 times both professional and amature... the older brother of course. he was 34-1 and this is all long before he even started his bigger boxing career!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Both Hunt and Klitschko fought in two of the same leagues...although I must say it was at a fairly low point in talent depth (early 90's)... I can't believe there is a man on the planet... who thinks Klitschko and Hunt are on the same level! You my friend have bewildered me!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
kickboxing today is different than kickboxing in pre 1993, Mark Hunt utilizes his kicks better with his punches than Klitschko, and like I said, rules were no low kicks.and no muay thai clinching or elbows. It was stylish, unrealistic kickboxing, roufus for instance moved out of that and went to full contact.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Yea... it's called AMERICAN kickboxing... Hunt participates in American style kickboxing as well you dingobat! There's no doubt that Hunt has accomplished more in kickboxing... as soon as Klitschko won his 6th title... he started his much bigger boxing career when he was like 22 bro!
He started... Amature kickboxing... then pro kickboxing... then Amature boxing (silver medal at the WAC) then Pro boxing...
DIFFERENT levels! ud be surprised what 20 million dollar purses attract
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
I never asserted that Fedor can be a boxing champ.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 You put far to much emphasis on low kicks... yes they are effective... especially on unhardened legs... but it really only takes a few months to condition your legs to take them and learn the requisite checks and blocks to stop them... Case and Point... watch any Thai fight past the 2nd round. Leg kicks are relegated to angle production and rhythm disruption rather than actual damage by usually just the second round!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
A good kickboxer will never let you easily check or block a kick.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Even boxers who have been blocking/avoiding punches their whole lives have been KO'd by a punch... Do you now see the ridiculousness of that statement?
A leg kick check is when you dangle your leg in the air and cushion the blow by allowing your opponents power to disapate over time... a Block is (in the case of a leg kick) when you step into and drop your weight on the attacked leg so as to force your opponents strike to land with the wrong part of his leg.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Be more specific next time lol. You do know, to be a great (Full contact kickboxer) you must be an expert at using every part of your limbs. That being the case, kickboxers do not have their hands tied behind their back, you cannot just waltz past a kickboxers defense.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2
I think Hunt is an inferior boxer compared to either Klitschko, but in a K1 match, you know the outcome will play in favor of the kickboxer.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 If Hunt and Klitschko fought K-1 without any training whatsoever... Hunt would probably win pretty easy... Your good at what your train for. But I SERIOUSLY doubt anyone thinks that either klitschko wouldn't dominate anyone if they prepared for it! Were just talking about different levels here.
Klitschko might even beat hunt right now in K-1... Hunt will NEVER beat Klitschko in a boxing match.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Training for something your whole life, will always beat training hard for something in short time. The Klitschkos are good at boxing, but to say they can train hard and become world champion kickboxers or MMA fighters, is unrealistic. They are athletic, but being athletic doesnt mean you can train and become better at something someone else has been doing their whole life, it is just impossible or unlikely.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Once agian... the Klitschko's ALREADY WERE Champion kickboxers... to say that they could not because of leg kicks is so ludicrious I can't BEGIN to describe it to you! Brock Lesnar had no MMA training whatsoever... and in under 2 years... won the title! Alistair Overeem is a K-1 champion (sorta) and he is now fighting at the TOP of MMA! But OF COURSE none of these guys will ever be able to challenge for a boxing world title!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Overeem and his brother had always been strikers, and they do practice everything well, thats why they made a smooth transition.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Brock lesnar was a big name in amature wrestling... more than a decade ago! if he can so easily transition into MMA.... then the Klitschko's who have much much more MMA training than Brock did before he made his transition... and are much higher level athletes and naturally bigger men... not to mention already at the top of the combat sports tier... could just as easily pickup what they need to in a couple years! Of course with 10 million dollar checks pouring in... they wont!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
LOL, Being a boxer does not make you more athletic than a fighter like Dos Santos who uses his whole body as a weapon.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 If you ask Dos Santos... what would happen to him if he fought any top 20 boxer... He would simply tell you. Don't fool yourself. Forget Athleticism! Dos Santos standing with anyone in the top20 would end with serious brain damage!
To be honest... I don't even know if you believe the things your saying... or if your just trying for some crazy egotrip! I mean JDS is a striker... a boxing style striker... standing up he literally couldent TOUCH a Klitschko!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
I am being realistic, you are a fan boy, talking irrationally and using imagination. There is a term in pyschology which defines people like you, people who use opinion, and portray it as hard cold facts. Dos Santos has always been an athlete, he chose MMA, because thats where his strength was and always will be, just because he uses his hands alot, does not mean he will not use other tools when time calls.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Do you enjoy arguing your strawman? Because it feels as though you are not arguing me anymore. Dos Santos has lots of tools... but none of those tools can reach the Klitschkos... I DOUBT you think Dos Santos is gonna be able to stand with the Klitschkos for more than 30-40 seconds. Your just lying to yourself not me! No self respecting combat sports fan would think so!
Now if JDS got Klitschko to the ground... it would be like a turtle on it's back.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Once again, you are trying to convince yourself, that Klitschko would magically disintegrate Dos Santos fist, it seems to me that you really dislike MMA or K1. All it takes is kickboxing talent, that Dos Santos has to neuter Klitschko. You telling me that "none of those tools would touch Klitschko" is like saying a heavily armoured man cant get killed by a shot gun.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 What is this madness? Dos Santos will tell you himself what would happen if he ever tried to stand with one of the Ukranian giants. He would end up swallowing his teeth! Can ANYONE be this delusional? to think a boxing mmartist is gonna stand with the best heavyweight boxers of this era? It's so ludicrious I can't believe even a kickboxing fanatic would believe it! BOTH klitschkos have far more Kickboxing experience that JDS does. And have beaten much higher level opponents!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Dos Santos has a unique kickboxing ability, and no, the level of talent the Klitschkos have faced were nothing to what Dos santos is facing. Once again, Dolph Lundgren and Van damme have as much credentials as the Klitschkos in kickboxing LOL!!!
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 You think the size of someone's name is the skill and talent level of them? Both Klitschkos have knocked out more champions... than Dos Santos even has fights! Theyve been at the TOP of a division that is 9-12,000 fighters strong for about 7 years now. Dos Santos has been at the top of a 350 man division for like 2 months... YOU my friend have drunk the coolaid... you have taken the wrong pill! you are now Alice. I can no longer help you!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Boxers will get taken down and subbed at will lol.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 ... I literally agree with everything in this post... except how am I the fanboy? YOUR the one saying Dos Santos is a standing match for Klitschko... that's just stupidity! No one can be one dimensional in MMA anymore... unless your Brock or Carwin... uh yea
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Being a wrestler gives you amazing will to take down your opponent, a boxer cannot take down an opponent, its the other way around. Strikers get taken down at will, so it is a no brainer that strikers are at a disadvantage. Dos Santos has more kickboxing ability than either Klitschko, who once again, did not participate in full contact kickboxing, they did what Van Damme and Lundgren did.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Klitschko in the early 90's was the best kickboxer on the planet... Van Damme and lundgren were not... Van Damme having like 10 fights...and Lungdren with less. And I would say Van Damme is probably an excellent kickboxer... your idea of leg kicks bieng the only thing separating full contact from not... is so dumb I can't help you! Your just so delusional, I almost look at it as a dissonance in your head that you are trying to reason with... and not me.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
A pants kickboxer will lose against a full contact pro
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Klitschko was a 6 time world champion... No kickboxer since has replicated that feat.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
You know damn well, being a 6 time world champ in kickboxing, back pre 1993, with limited contact rules, is different than facing actual full contact kickboxers, in this case Dos Santos is more credible than Klitschko, Rick Roufus was also a pants kickboxer, but he did not know how to deal with the kicks of a muay thai expert.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 I really don't even know what you can possibly say now.

Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
How many kickboxing fights did Klitschko really have?? Hmm.....I believe it was not much.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 After a large amature career of probably hundreds of fights.... he compiled a pro record of 34-1.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Also... Low kicks were allowed in 3/5 of the leagues that Klitschko fogught in... and His one loss (KO to pele Reid) was due to a thigh kick!
HEY I learned something... I thought he only did AKA...
So according to your rules... Klitschko was a "FUll Contact Kickboxer"
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Although Dos Santos is not an elite striker, He is still a better effective striker than Klitschko.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Do you like blue coolaid? or do you like purple?
Listen man it's late... and I don't know who your arguing against... Your strawman or mine... but you are no longer being genuine. Feel free to reread all previous comments and tell me how you can possibly justify what you are saying...
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
LOL, I will continue this later lloll Im falling asleep
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
LOL how can I forget, Dos Santos knows how to elbow and knee, and is probably a better low kicker than any one Klitschko has ever faced. KLitschko has never faced anyone with more than 4 tools, and who is probably better than the talent pool Klitschko has faced before.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 If you think Dos Santos could beat Klitschko... then you aren't even in agreement with most MMA fans let alone combat sports afficianados! The boxing skill level between JDS and Klitschko is about equivalent to the difference between Butterbean and Muhammed Ali.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
All im saying is Dos Santos has more tools than Klitschko, so its obviously possible. Dos santos also has more Bjj credentials and grappling experience than either Klitschko.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
You tell me if I am drinking cool aid, yet you refuse to acknowledge that Buakaw or Masato is the equivalent of Mayweather and Pac man in their respective sport. You tell me that boxers are magical, and will be good at any sport if they try?? You know this is horribly wrong, training at something in short time wont make you better at it than long time learners, neither are they more athletic.It is possible for K1 or MMA'ers to train for boxing and be good.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Boxers are not magical... Buakaw and Masato are NOT the equals to Mayweather and Pacquiou. K-1 is a small sport... with a small amount of money and a small fanbase... K-1 does not draw from the ranks of the entire world nor does it have the cash to hold the best fighters to begin with. It's possible for anyone to train boxing and be good... no one says its not. but there is no denying Mayweather is head and shoulders above any other person in combat sports!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
I think Im starting to get what you mean, all this time I thought you meant Boxers are better athletes than kickboxers, but you were talking about size and talent pool.Okay lol.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
But it is impossible for one dimensional boxers, to go in to k1 and start winning championships against multifarious strikers.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
About the money, there is a reason why doctors dont become AStro Physicists, or mechanical engineers dont become electronic engineers. It is about what you set your mindset to, and that is what people or most people will stick with. As long as you are making money, and using what you know and are good at, people wont change their objective. Fedor isnt becoming a boxer, when he has pretty decent hands.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 If you don't think Money influences things... look at the pretty graph showing Campaign contributions and Election rates! Sure people only vote for who they think is the best right?
Fedor has decent hands? Fedor has very good power... but very little technique, speed, absolutley NIL footwork. niether does he have the requisite Reactiontime/Reflexes or most importantly defense. Is your idea of "hands" power? If so... CARWIN IS KING!

@sovietamerican2 Also... a 12 gauge buckshot would barley dent a full plate man at arms... oops? You can even watch it happen!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 What do you think would happen if Junior Dos Santos decided to strike with Klitschko? I mean that right there should give you pause! A man who is basically an MMA boxer whos entire game consists of avoiding and stuffing take downs. and punching... Are you telling me you REALLY THINK Klitschko can't beat a man like that? or that he couldent learn to do the EXACT same thing?
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 The talent goes where the money is! used to be AKA<Boxing...
Now it's AKA<K-1<MMA<Boxing... and it's pretty easy to see! Although with the huge advancements in MMA... MMA may actually takeover one day. But that's still pretty far off!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
The talent goes where the money is?? There are talented fighters in both K1 and boxing, do not confuse athletics with intuition.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Intuition??? what are you talking about?
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Meaning, more athletic karate experts will be drawn to a sport where they have a great chance at using their weapons and succeed. People who are athletic can choose any sport, depending on their combat knowledge, it does not make one fighter more athletic than the other.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 If you think fighting talent is Athleticism... you must be riding the crazy train! It means alot of things... Work Ethic, Athleticism, Intelligence, Intangibles, Will.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
LoL, so now boxers are more hard working/intelligent than kickboxers??
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 JESUS CHRIST! at the TOP of boxing... are the best combat sportsmen... YES they are the guys who would have been at the top of WHATEVER they did. There is NO comparison between a guy like Mayweather and a guy like Frankie Edgar... or Buakaw. That's not to say Mayweather could beat them at their own sports of course... but yes... if Kickboxing was the big sport... Mayweather would have transitioned to kickboxing when he was 19!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Just like anything, to be good at boxing, you train for it-_-.like anything else.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Aye... I suppose your just gonna have to wait 20 years for MMA to overtake boxing... then you'll see all the top boxers move over. Until then... Ponder yourself this question... If JDS is the top of MMA mainly due to his boxing... WHY NOT become a top 20 boxer and make 5x more than what he makes now? Why is it MMArtists don't go down to kickboxing??? Why is it kickboxers and wrestlers always go up to MMA? Why is it that boxers never go down to mma? (in money terms)
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
If top boxers move over, you will see them train their asses off in MMA.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 Simply put... what is the K-1 equivilent of Sergio Martinez, Nonito Donaire, Youriorkis Gamboa, Guillermo Rigondeux, Bradly, Klitschko's, MAYWEATHER, PACMAN... You cannot honestly say there are K-1 fighters at that level! PERHAPS Masato or someone like that who is just freakish! even then I doubt he'd rise to their level!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
That is foolish thinking if you ask me.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Kickboxing is popular in many places around the world. If the Klitshckos had stayed in kickboxing, they would have been in a rude awakening against (Full contact) kickboxers, just like Rick Roufus was.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Brock Lesnar lost to Cain, a true (worthy) MMA champion, and was getting killed by Carwin, a true MMA wrestler, not some 50 year old man, and some slow bulky Frank Mir. That is what I meant. Kickboxing is an art form and a science all in itself, there are strategic game plays in kickboxing just like in boxing, and the fact is, Mark Hunt is a better kickboxer than either Klitschko.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 No one is doubting the sophistication of kickboxing as a sport... it's the talent depth that has a disparity! in boxing there are about 2000 ranked professionals for each of the 16 weight classes and perhaps 5,000 unranked/club fighters! In kickboxing... there is not even that many fighters in ONE weight class... combine that with the HUUUGE money disparity... and you have a recipie for talent vampirism!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Okay brother, true, in the lower weights it is a different story though, the level of talent in the kickboxing lower weights is amazing, but it is the heavy weight division that lags, nonentheless, it does not mean they are inferior athletes.
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 I don't know why you think I am the "enemy"? I watch a ridiculous amount of kickboxing American and Thai and K-1... But like all combat sports fans... K-1 Grand Prix is exciting... but I'd never prefer that over a Sergio Martinez fight... or a Mayweather fight... It's just a different level.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
Dolph Lundgren and Jean Claude Van Damme also were champions in kickboxing, but that does not mean they can beat a true (full contact) kickboxer, especially those of today.

@Gooseman2k2
WHO DO YOU THINK WILL WIN??
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 I just looked up his record... he has NEVER won the WBO belt... sorry... he won the NABO NA standing for North American... His highest rank that I can find is 112... not exactly Pernell Whitaker if you know what I mean!
There is Major titles... Major Minor titles... and Minor titles... that my friend is called a Minor title... usually reserved for up and comers/ Prospects.
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
IN wikipedia it said WBO, well I guess never trust Wiki right???
sovietamerican2 2 months ago
@sovietamerican2 I looked up Nishijima's record AGAIN... he has never won a major title... never even a Major Minor title... WBO NABO, OPBF and WBF titles... all three usually reserved for B fighters and prospects. who want to fight more than 10 rounds. Also used as a positional tool to force specific title defences!
Gooseman2k2 2 months ago
@Gooseman2k2
It is like karate fans, or kung fu fans, thinking some power will give them a victory always lmao

boxing will always win, k1 is for sub-par athletes without discipline.
SanguineBullet667 4 months ago
@SanguineBullet667 LOL boxing lost here... a "sub par athlete" just decimated a former champion boxer in a stand up. Wasn't the first time & it defiantly won't be the last...

shotgunsrbest 5 months ago
@shotgunsrbest Chill out, bitch. You ain't beating the shit out of anyone. Besides, dude's right. Nishijima held multiple world titles and only lost twice. Guess you're a uneducated boxer, bitch.
TheLockon00 5 months ago
@TheLockon00 ok "bitch" come back with some smarter word choices then speak.
shotgunsrbest 5 months ago
@shotgunsrbest I don't need a witty insult when I've already destroyed your argument. That's the benefit of being right. Also, "bitch" is a very appropriate word for someone pretending to be tough on the internet. BTW, if you're going to criticize someone for leaving an unintelligent comment, you should probably make sure you can at least write with better grammer than a 1st grader.
TheLockon00 5 months ago
@TheLockon00 Me?! You talk like a homo erectus. Ok il be tough off the internet. Where you wanna fight and il see if i can make it. "bitch".
shotgunsrbest 5 months ago
@shotgunsrbest You don't even live in America, dude. What are you gonna fly here and pick a fight with someone you had a dispute with on the internet? Get fucking real. You think anyone's impressed by this posturing of yours, you knuckle-dragging manchild?

Mark Hunt is the toughest dude on the planet.
SuperSneakySteve 6 months ago
The boxer had SUCH horrible defense. He was trying to use the philly crab but he forgot to use his left shoulder. He was open on the left ALL DAY. I'm surprised he didn't do too badly except near the end.
pwkid 6 months ago
@pwkid And the K1 fighter didn't even use kicks. Poor boxer... lol
Zer0nite 5 months ago
boxers have no kicks
martintar1 6 months ago
Get a real K1 fighter in there who is actually going to throw kicks. That would be interesting..
Alechahahaha 6 months ago
Man that boxer could take a pounding.

Boxing is for pussies who refuse to accept the fact that boxing is dying and mixed martial arts is the future.
zacktillery 7 months ago
@zacktillery LOL stupid prick
khwc181 7 months ago
@khwc181 I like how you laugh, but you know it's the truth. Stupid prick.
zacktillery 7 months ago
@zacktillery Boxing cant die because it's a major part of MMA so stop sucking so much cock and learn your facts.
khwc181 7 months ago
@khwc181 True, it will never completely die. But i was talking about the sport of boxing, it will die. For example, kickboxing. It is not a mainstream sport, and it died. But kickboxing is used by TONS of people.
zacktillery 7 months ago
@zacktillery i dont think kickboxing died maybe in america but in other countries,
AintDoneYet123 7 months ago
@AintDoneYet123 Yeah it'll always be somewhere out there, but i meant mainstream. Sorry about the confusion. : /
zacktillery 7 months ago
@zacktillery i just noticed what u said about boxing and i disagree u need good hands for any form of fighting in mma for stand up fighting of course u need to train boxing and some other things
AintDoneYet123 7 months ago
@AintDoneYet123 I agree. I don't know where i said you don't need to train for boxing. : /
zacktillery 7 months ago
@zacktillery u said boxing is for pussies
AintDoneYet123 7 months ago
@zacktillery Yes, i did say that, but that dosent mean that i think they dont have to train hard. I know for a fact boxers train hard, probably harder than MMA fighters. When i said boxers are pussies, i meant that they are scared of fighting when they're not standing up. A boxer boxes because he can't fight on the ground, so he chose to box instead.
zacktillery 7 months ago
@zacktillery thats retarded mma fighters train even harder boxers only punch.
ageeeeeeeeee 6 months ago
@ageeeeeeeeee I do MMA, i think i know how much an MMA fighter has to train, and boxing takes more stamina. I was merely stating that an MMA fighter could destroy a boxer in a fight.
zacktillery 6 months ago
@zacktillery boxing has less stamina than mma
ageeeeeeeeee 6 months ago
@ageeeeeeeeee Look at how many rounds a boxer has to fight as opposed to an MMA fighter. I KNOW FOR A FACT that MMA is harder, but a boxer has to have more stamina. Don't be retarded, we're arguing the same point here.
