It doesn't say that--the lyrics posted here are wrong. It says, "Kazakhstan's prostitutes cleanest in the region, except of course for TOO MANY SCARS," not TURKMENISTAN'S. Check the DVD subtitles if you don't believe me. The correct version is funnier anyway!

You're correct, NuisanceMan. It says "TOO MANY SCARS" in the closed captioning of the DVD (I just checked). But, it also says "TROUSER PANTS" instead of "TROUSER BELTS" which is clearly heard to be "belts", not "pants", so whoever wrote the closed captioning may not be all that bright and authoritative. Also, it really does say "DIPSHIT SWIMMING POOL" and "IT REMOVE 18% OF HUMAN SOLID WASTE". So, who actually knows what the definitive lyrics really are to "O Kazakhstan!"?
