  • That picture in the background is the Kabbalah which is all about Jewish Magic. I know this, I've researched this. And this mans reasoning on the Bible is not very insightful for gaining faith. On a positive note, keep reading the Holy Bible in fullness from Genesis to Revelation, keep praying to the Father, and keep asking for Holy Spirit for direction. Peace.

  • no one knows the rapture time dudes, it says right there in the bibliya, and it ends with a wedding and a new earth so i dont think its going to be anything negative

  • the end is bull crap because the anti christ hasnt come and the 7 years hasnt come or the rapture

  • Nice pictures you got back there... Just and FYI, Jewish mysticism is no different from fully comitted Satanism, except one only comes with a partial endowment of power in exchange for the soul.

  • John 21 17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep. God knows all things and so does Christ. Matt 24 36 is a trap for the unbeliever. The son is not capitalized in the Greek, this is man's misinterpretation.

  • @Unshackledtruth

    the word "son" is not in Matthew 24:36. Clarify what you're saying please?

  • @firecharger Depends on what Bible you are using.

  • @firecharger Depends on what bible you are using, to make matters even more confusing the original Greek doesn't even have the word son in Matthew 24 36 but the NIV has the word "son" but the KJV does not, the word son can be found in both versions in Mark 13 32 and in the original Greek. The Bible in it's original languages was divinely inspired by God. Men did many bad translations to the English language and some even added words that were not found in the original texts to fit their doctrine

  • @Unshackledtruth

    I understand many translations are poor, but you can still get the fundamental doctrine intact. I started out with an NIV and I've got a pretty good grasp on Christian doctrine and concepts. I've since put the NIV away because of those issues, but I'd rather see a new Christian reading an NIV than reading no bible at all.

  • @firecharger Yes it is true that there is truth in all bibles, I found a site that compares many bibles against each other verse by verse and I use that sometimes when I am having problems with understanding God's word and that would be most of the time, it is no wonder why the world has embrace so many different Gospels, for a beginner it is a very daunting task to say the least to find truth with so many variations, I just keep praying and praying for truth.

  • It is easy to say that this phrase is a Hebraic idiom, but can you document this idiom from any Jewish source? If so, I'd really like to see it documented. If not, then we need to be careful about propogating a myth.

  • But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

    (1st Thess. 5 :5)

  • boss whn is th real birth of christ since we look lik we r lost in time

  • Alex, i'd like to buy a vowel!

    Just kiddin' man. According to some sources, i think Jesus was born around 3 b.c. If you can wait a couple hours, I'll get you a more precise answer.

  • sorry, it was Pat Sajak, not Alex Trebek!

  • @firecharger

    Just curious. Are you a Christian?

    Yes, indeed I have seen your videos, but I'd really like to hear back from you.

  • I haven't read all the comments, but I'm taking it that the 'official' start of this Feast Day begins when that 'sliver' of New Moon is seen in JERESALEM, right? Thanks for the very simple, yet profound lesson. Blessings to you and yours.

  • Yes, watch my video "When exactly is Rosh Hashanah?" for an even better explanation.

  • Thanks for sharing, it is indeed Rosh Hoshana.

    Do review Jewish Wedding

    for people who are seeking more.

  • Ah....warm fuzzies! Thank you!

  • Ok, myabe I am just dense but what the heck is an idium? and how the heck do you spell it? LOL. Sorry. Help.

  • From dictionary(dot)com it's an expression whose meaning is not predictable from the usual meanings of its constituent elements, as "kick the bucket" or "hang one's head", or from the general grammatical rules of a language

    It kinda means that "No man knows the day or the hour" is SLANG for Rosh Hashanah. That's the general idea.

  • Hey AlwaysHeather: idiom

    noun 1. an expression whose meaning is not predictable from the usual meanings

    Like saying: "Seasons Greetings'...at Christmas/NewYears

    ~~~
    Gospel of the Kingdom of God:
    9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10
  • Is that popcorn, or hail for background sound? Just curious...lol
    Thanks for the clarification by the way!
    Most interesting!
  • I actually think it's his dog in a kennel (or some other pet)
  • Help me understand this. So is the day of the Rapture supposed to happen during one of the 2 days of Rosh Hoshanna since if this is the case then we definitely wouldn't know exactly what 2 days the Lord would come?
    Hopefully I am not being too dense on this but definitely would love some clarification on this. :-)
    God Bless!
  • You pretty much have it figured out!
    Watch this for more info if you like....
    watch?v=wOegf-ixvWo
  • Also to clarify a little further. Rosh Hoshana is also called the Feast of Trumpets (Leviticus 23) and the festival begins when 2 witnesses see the sliver of the new moon.
    The Jewish biblical calendar is lunar and starts the month on every new moon. Rosh Hoshana is the festival that marks the Jewish New year.
    No one knows the day or hour because they have to see the new moon sliver within a 48 hour window. Hence, they don't know the day or hour of this festival.
  • Thanks for the clarification firecharger and keep up the great work on making these AWESOME videos!!!
    I've been a watcher of yours for several months and always love to see when you post a new video! :-)
  • @ehechtor There are good indicators that the rapture may be on Feast of Trumpets but we can't know that for sure. Pentecost is another good possibility. Even if we do know it will be on Feast of Trumpets, we still will not know the precise day / hour. A good indicator to get 'ballpark' is the return of Israel as a country. "This generation will not pass away.....". So, 70 years +/- from 1947. In any case - soon.
  • Dangit!!! This is amazing!!! I never knew. You just don't know these things unless you dig down deep. I was always taught this means it could be today, or 100 years from now. It just goes to show that the old testiment is every bit as important as the new. It's strange, too, how terrible things lately have been happening in September. 9/11, near total collapse of the economy, and now swine flu, which I have. I feel aweful. Still, it can't be much longer now till the last trumpet sounds.
  • Yes! Thanx for sharing this!
    I don't believe anyone knew of this; or even considered it, in all of Christianity's history, until just recently. Not knowing the day or the hour, that is...being the new moon could be over a 2 day period. The Rosh Hoshanna connection never made more sense.
    The book of Daniel speaks on these varied mysteries remaining sealed until the last days, we have been in the 'last days' for a good amount of time now...YHVH is so AWESOME! Praise Yeshua!
  • What? I don't know what he's even talking about.
    Read Matthew 24:30-40
    All the verse surrounding the verse he's talking about.
    What is trying to say?
  • Rosh Hoshana is the Feast of Trumpets. It's a picture of the Rapture and Jesus said "No one knows the day or the hour" that Jesus will return. That phrase he used is an idiom or nickname for Rosh Hoshana.
    This is important because Jesus fulfilled the first 3 spring feasts to the very day and hour. He MUST fulfill the fall feasts the same way because God never changes.
  • Leviticus 23.
  • Thanks.....I'm tired, I just wasn't understanding what he was saying exactly. :)
  • 5/5!! very interesting!!! I just recently learned of this nickname for the 'feast of trumpets' aka 'ROSH HOSHANNA"... known as "THE DAY OR HOUR NO MAN KNOWETH'....WOW!!!
  • Thanks for sharing this video. Great info.
  • Kittenkattan.. Very interesting Jewish guy from the Bronx.. Personally I like Rav that lives in the village...Singer.. Thanks Big A..
