@routledge7 used to have a 2000 clio 1.4 8v sport was awesome on the backroads with sticky tyres the inside was rubbish tho lol door handles constantly came off rattled like hell too but supose you could say it had character lol altho she did have 137,000 miles of abuse :L

i dont think its a TCE 100 because of the dash. the TCE is from 2007 on i think and this dash is from before 2007.

i have a R reg clio phase two 1.2 8valve and im pulling the same times as this with an induction kit and exhaust system. Clios are nippy cars, my mate has a 1.6 zetec focus,and he still gets a grin on his face everytime i put my foot to the floor

We had a 1.6 16v 110hp, but when I drove the TCE its much more powerfull, because of the turbo, but at tp speed the 1.6 16v or even 1.4 16v will win of course!

i counted 10 seconds which is excellent for a 1.2, but then there is no petrol in the car, it was nicely up to temperature and you probly shedded a bit of weight before hand.

im not knocking your time, it was a good effort and brilliant time for a 1.2. but i think it would have been 11-12 seconds with a full tank, and i believe 0-60 times on paper are taken with a full tank. hence this is why when they weigh a car they call it the fully ladened weight i think.

you lift the clutch at just before 4 seconds, the speedos over read so you dont hit 60mph untill around 64/65mph on the speedo which happens at 15 seconds which is 11.5 seconds to 60mph (roughly)

Seems to start at 4s and hits 60 at 15s. Thats 11s.

both wrong, it actually starts just before 3s so lets say 2.9s and hits 60 at 14, thus approx 11.1s
