This is one of Crichton's best novels. Hollywood needs to get off their butt and make this blockbuster. I think Fox owns the rights but no one has a script going :(.
I loved this book. Lazerus Vendetta, by Patrick Larkin also deals with Nanobots - excellent novel as well. This video is amateur - sorry kids - i thought it was a real trail for a real movie. Oh well, someday in the future....

AMAZING book. Read it (unfortunatly) in my 10 day jail stint. But the novel was finished in about 6 hours. I couldn't put it down.
