This is not for a warm up for strength training this is good for blasting all the glucose out of your muscles and making weak for strength training. This also does not show strength it shows muscle endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Do you have any training at all?
@rcrc675 Look Mr. fucking scientist, If you want to cite your statements then do so, but so far you've contributed nothing besides bad grammar and shitty unsupported statements.
Shaul has military men and women from combat arms MOS doing his training and then rucking in Afghanistan no problem. Until you can claim that, do us a favor and shut up.
@rcrc675 This routine, if done correctly, IS an excellent warm up, or it could be used as a part of a strength training routine. Maybe you believe strength training/endurance training can't be accomplished together?? Regardless, if this "blasts all of the glucose out of your muscles," then you aren't training hard enough, or maintaining proper nutrition.. Hit the gym, instead of criticizing folks who are out there trying to help others like yourself..
I do a similar work out. 6 reps, 10 exercises, 5 sets, for a total of 300 reps. Squat, Front squat, deadlift, upward row, (sometimes Military press) curl, hang clean, Rev. Lunge, bent over row, bar push ups, pull ups. Usually take about 30 min. to do. maintaining good fat burn heart rate. Great for HIIT I think because alot of HIIT doesnt involve moving weight. This kills alot of birds with one stone in my opinion.
I do enjoy complex training. A great tool used for my soldiers and ncaa athletes as well. but h.clean and rows form need a bit of work in this vid. If this was their warm up wondering what they do for their workout.

This ballistic stuff punishes the joints and does almost nothing for strength. Cardio?
Try half court hoops and bike on the off days.

No they aren't they are the thin rubber like plates that you use for deadlifts and cleans. I think the guy with the camera said it was 70 total...
Damn these are really hard! It really works your grip a lot more than I thought.
