I to have seen the amazing town of Stuart. I was very impressed with the amazing shopping opportunities the town had to offer! I can see why people live there and raise a family. I have a few kids of my own that i would like some day.
I am also from this "small town" originally and I'd like to say that while I could tell you were using sarcasm I also did feel a little offended. Also since the time of this video some good things have happened to Stuart.
1. As I speak a new City Hall/ Police Station/ Library are being built.
2 We have a nice new theatre on that same street.
3.A new High School is being built just West of town
I also am from Stuart, and grew up there. I can tell you that the new library/police station/city hall are a total f'n disgrace to the town. The old buildings were admittedly outdated and were inaccessible to handicapped. Building a crap facility that has been built much in the same manner as the dollar general store does not improve the town. It is a cheaply built piece of shit in comparison with the historical buildings that stood there before.
It just slightly irks me that you have the gall to make fun of a town that you obviously don't know. I lived in Stuart for almost my whole life and was born there. I don't believe in writing squids of anger comments, but I would appreciate an apology for stereotyping the town I grew up in. Please and Thank you, ktjuls. :)

Lincoln's is a good place to eat, and they do have salads, for the Veg. people. You didnt show the fancy side of town, with the super 8 and mcdonalds, the country kitchen.. and cant forget the subway..lol Probably the towns famous highlight is bonnie and cylde robbed the bank on the corner to your right, that is now the police station, thats kind of ironic. thanks
when you write about small town Iowa keep in mind that you are writing about someone's home. It may seem "cheesy" and "old school" to you but to many it is a way of life and one that they cherish. Don't knock it until you've tried it. Small town life is a lot better than you'd ever believe. And NO, not all of us are "ignorant" small town folks, many have extremely high IQ's and as is evidenced by this comment, internet connectivity as well.

Ok, I used to live in Iowa and Stuart isn't that small of a town compared to the town I lived in. And that isn't the only Stop sign and it isn't in the middle of nowhere thanks very much. I don't know where you live, but you should have gotten a map or whatever and seen all of the stuff in that town. But apparently, where you are from.....You don't know how nice the towns in Iowa are....
