  • Can i hire some american who can make me ribs like this?

  • A six minute video only telling you to turn them over every 30 mins and keep em moist for 4 hours at 225 degrees! Bet reading that line didn't take you 6 minutes...

  • I'd be honored to be your neighbor!

  • How is it "quick" when it takes 4-5 hours? How about grilling for 1 or 1 1/2 hours tops? I don't want to be wasting my day over 1 meal. I want to grill, eat, and get on to the next activity. Any suggestions there?

  • @90talisten Ah.. I see you're pretty fucked up if you think that the pork spare ribs are steaks. Also, you're pretty fucking gay if you think that ribs look better than pussy and huge tits.

  • If you know how to do ribs right, you don't need ANY sauce.

  • @kuei12 Ive heard this many times,,had many ribs,,,and they're ALWAYS better with sauce.ALL BBQ is better with a little sauce.

  • @TheoneGodfather ....Maybe I'm just not using the right sauce.

  • hi i see your vidios's all the time and love the spare ribs butt..... i was wondering if you ever had the beef short rib's.??? ahhh man are they good better than the pork i think... this same method would be a great way to cook the beef rib's except cutting them i would leave the hole rack cook... you should try them...

  • hi, I speak only Italian, so I do not understand the description, someone I can 'say what the ribs are sprinkled with mustard and paprika, perhaps? and what's in the tank ', thanks for the reply

  • @76tigro Google "rib rub" and you will find what he used. Typically it has garlic, paprika, pepper, onion and more all in a powder called a "rub". This adds some spices to the meat in a subtle way and with the bbq sauce you add is considered by many the best way to bbq ribs. Not sure what you mean by the "tank". If you mean the grill, it's charcoal and the silver tray holds barbecue sauce to put on the ribs. Hope this helps, I tried to be as simple as I could for you.

  • I organised a family barbecue today.

Or 'arson and murder' as the police called it.

  • Ribs take 3 hours? I expected shorter.

  • why am i watching these at night!! WHY!! :p

  • @paroutdiok same... it's like food porn.

  • @pgmale i watch these videos every night too, lmao!

  • @paroutdiok lmao 1:22 am here and im saying the same lol

  • 35 people made ther ribs with propane

  • soooo hungryy !

  • my ribs turned black and the mopping sauce went dry after 3 hours.

    Anyone has some advise?

The temperature i used was in the beginning 180 and in the end i got it up to 220, the ribs where good but the meat was still sticking to the bone.

  • OMG <I'm drooling.

Think I'll cook some of these on my next day off work.

    mmmmmmmm

  • Gonna be cookin this up next week

  • Gonna be cookin this up next week at my mates farm

  • @macchef01 you godamn piece of fucking shit you got no skills faggot

  • Appreciate the tips man! Grillin tomorrow

  • OH MAN OH MAN..

  • Oh man it's smell gooooood. :-)

  • "and sometimes between beers"

    Awesome!

  • About the membrane... Personally I don't notice much difference. Just to be sure the rub penetrates the meat as much as possible I like to simply poke holes in the membrane instead off taking all the time and effort to peel them.

  • 3:04 LOL.

  • anybody have tips on making a great rub for the ribs?

  • @Wileykid2485 Go onto John Henry's web site he is in Texas & sells the best rubs & sauces around been using them for years for ribs etc.

  • @COYOTE165A Thanks man!

  • at 3:00...I like that tip! I'll be adding sauce every 2 min!

  • why stack the ribs?

  • guys i did a taste test with 2 ribs one with a membrane and one without an notice no difference.

  • the poor neighbours ^^

  • all the newer videos say take the membrane off.

  • This is blasphemy!!!

Or just the wrong voice =P

  • Im sorry but what is the powder on 1:44? (im not from US)

  • @paulofranca77 They don't specify it here, but in later (more recent) videos, he/they describe it as simply as "your favorite spice rub". Generally, it can contain salt, your choice of powdered peppers, dry garlic flakes and even your choice of dry herbs (powdered). Other versions use either dry onion flakes or onion powder. Be open about what types of spices to experiment with. If you do it all according to your particular taste, you'd be surprised how gooooood the end product will be!

  • wow,im hungry now,nice video

  • shit im hunrgy-___- im gonna find some ribs

  • @dedimul i just bought 2 frozen racks from my butcher the other day XD

  • thats a good chunk of pork ribs :O expensive though

  • i make the most juiciest ribs you have ever seen and it takes nothing fancy. just diffrent. i never clean my grill. cause the food never touches it. i have a broiler pan 1 inch deep with a slit top(many slits) and it all fits inside my bbq i put on the ribs. nothing on the ribs no rubs no salt no pepper nothing after both sides have cooked for about 30 min each then i add my bbq sauce (my secret) after cooking both sides for 30 more mins each there ready and juicey best ribs in town

  • He sounds like carter pewtershmidt in family guy

  • 5:59 IS THAT BLOOD? WON'T YOU GET AIDS IF YOU DRINK SOMEONE ELSE'S BLOOD?

  • i love the commentary!!! you americans are awesome when you talk for bbq!!!

  • If you dont take off the membrane your rub or spices wont penetrate the meat.

  • This has to be one of your earlier videos. Question, why stack the ribs versus side by side as we has seen in dozens of other videos? Thanks.

  • Give Me One Piece

  • wow, this video is vintage BarbecueWeb

  • @HearthlessShadow adopt me too lol

  • @HearthlessShadow ill be your stepdad..is your momma pretty? : /

  • @pogisiG The point is: Can you cook the same barbecue ribs of the video? If yes. i have to tell u, "welcome daddy!"

  • whats the best way to keep the grill hot? add coals ovr time? replace w/ hot coals?

  • @infosponge30 His recommended cooking time is accurate, 3 1/2 to 4 hours, so you dont want the fire too hot. 225-250 is good, and it helps if you have a grill with a temp gauge or a separate meat thermometer. I judge my fire more by the smoke being produced than the temp. About every hour, I throw on some more hickory chunks(prefer them to chips for longer burning and more smoke) and maybe a few fresh pieces of charcoal. As long as it's smoking good without flame, you're fine.

  • You've that typical barbecuer's voice

  • OOOHHH MEN, I hungry now

  • "in between beers.." nice

  • Mmm looks delicious!

Every time I make ribs for my Grandkids, I chant this song with them before we take bites

    : The meat-

    The meat the meat

The meat falls off the bone HEHH HEHH (loud grunt)

    Works like a charm!

Please consider making a video of meat sliding off the bone and maybe singing the chant. I want to live to see another person sing this song that was passed down from my granddaddy.

  • haha you want to paste them every half hour....or between beers! DUDE U GUYS ARE AWSOME!

  • not unedible Punkem733 -most rib joints leave 'em on. You can also grab a knife and cross-cut the membrane to crisp them up. On, Off, Cross-Cut.....it generally depends how we're feelin' at the time....! -BBQ Pit Boys

  • I see. In one of your other vids you guys mention that you should take them off. It makes them more tender, and allows the rub to get in the meat.
