That is a very bold statement from a Rangers fan. A franchise that has had some trouble raising banners. Well if you dont count the many banners in the MSG rafters that really dont deserve to be retired.
I am sure you have been very busy watching the videos of the one banner the Rangers have raised in the last 60 years. Please stop commenting on videos of real teams that earn there championships, stick with your faux-Edmonton 1994 cup.

Now let's see what the Rangers did in triple the time frame: Four Cups, One Conference Championship (The NHL didn't have conferences in the Stone Age, when the Rangers won three Cups), five Division Titles, and seven retired numbers.
