  • I started it this week... food is VERY varied and it's delicious. And you only have to add fruit and dairy, which is easy to pick up at the store... unlike other plans that require you to buy lots of vegetables... etc. It is a lot less food but you can use it to get yourself back on the 3-meals per day track and then if you want to stop, you can start making this food for yourself.
