  • @TheSexiimamah27 It will. Incorporate 'leg raises' and 'mountain climbers' into this workout to target belly area.

  • @TheSexiimamah27 Yep, definitely keep doing things like 'goblet squats', 'deep squats' and 'step squats'. They will affect your legs, but also the entire body in many good ways, because leg muscles are the biggest muscle group on our body.

  • looks like the insanity but much more do-able for the least fitter groups. you didn't alternate your step ups! i suppose we have to concentrate & use our brains while we do this stuff.

  • i hate misleading shit.... in order to burn fat.... exercise won't do shit on his own.. change up your diet (= and do cardio (running/walk) for 30 mins a day (4 times a week) in a month you cut the fat in half (or you will completely lose it) processed foods are making you fat.. stay away from all packaged foods

  • @Best01Actor A lot of people thinking diet = eating less. eating less will not allow you to burn fat either. You have to eat the right amount of calories. I made this mistake. I ate less instead of changing my diet and I stayed the same weight even though I hit the gym 5 days a week. Now I monitor my calories, changed my diet and I've had very noticable muscle gains while burning belly fat in the past 2 weeks. I can fit into my 32 jeans again.

  • man, why there are more lean and fit women like you, too many women just stops eating to get lean body but they fail to know that its very bad to stop eating. They should stop excuses and start exercise and eat well and they will get healthy and strong stomach. rather sloppy that has no energy left. i do not know which is worse, fat or dehydrated sloppy stomach.

  • Vixen you can't only lose weight from one specific part of the body. You have to do cardio vascular exercises to burn fat and obviously dieting. 70 % of weight loss is down to diet!

  • @vixen7701 Victoriatelek's 'six pack abs get rid of those love handles' video would probably do the trick. Your hips and butt would get toned though. And belly fat's worst nightmare? A lean diet along with cutting back on the sugar and flour.
