  • Richard Dawkins didn't come to my school :^(

    luckiest...kids...ever...

  • Holy crap It drives me nuts to see kids scrape emery boards across their fingers! Might as well run them down the chalkboard.

Doesn't detract from the awesomeness of the message. Dawkins FTW!

  • if everyone where scientists; we would be starving, with no place to live, but there would be no wars, only discussions. there would be no ignorance, only not knowing yet.. oh what i dream <3

  • If my mother or aunt watched this they would freak out! LOL Yes, they are religious. I wish every class taught evolution in such a manner. It's science and it's the truth!

  • "Lets have a girl for Jesus Christ shall we?"

    Thats so Richard Dawkins. :)

  • why I understand science is very important; it can't tell everything such as ethics

  • @dancthegr - actually, science does a fair job of explaining morals and ethics. It turns out, some behaviors are counterproductive for the species, or the familial gene group. If you produce thousands of offspring, it's okay to cannibalize them. If, on the other hand, you are a social animal with a low birthrate, (i.e. humans), such behavior produces a negative impact on the survival of your immediate gene pool, and your species.

  • @47f0 thats a very deterministic view point

  • @dancthegr - well, that's because genes are deterministic. Sorry. Yes, your environment plays a role, but to a large extent, who you are is largely who you would be at the moment of fertilization. The Neubauer and other studies, involving separated twins and adopted children, suggest strongly that even in significantly different environments, the same genes produce the same personalities. Even whether you like broccoli or not turns out to be genetic.

  • @47f0 genes are not deterministic. The only genes tell you is physicality, such as I colour. Even height is determined by environment as in world war 1 the officers were on average 6 inches taller than the privates

  • @dancthegr - Hey, I cited probably the most authoritative study, and there are similar studies in other countries. If you can't bother to become educated that's your call. As far as taller officers - guess what. It turns out that business managers also tend to be taller. You're looking at the wrong end of the horse mate - tall, attractive men tend to get promoted, both in the military and in civilian life. And I can cite those studies too. Wanna know about the broccoli gene?

  • @47f0 Oh no I am educated- look at education results.... is that to do with genetics or enviroment. If you say genetics then it is similar to nazi ideals

  • @dancthegr - "Oh no I am educated- look at education results" WTF does that even mean? Which education results? The ones where you can't even be bothered to check actual studies I mentioned? Great "education results". Much of who we are, not all, but much, is in the genes. But that idea disturbs you, so you're never, ever going to let the facts stand in your way. So have a pleasant, and thoroughly delusional day.

  • @47f0 Education results with the factors of working classes, race and gender taken into account. Even intellegence is based on socialisation and class; the more money you have, the better you will do.

  • @dancthegr are you really that dumb? talking about nazi ideals :-S ofcourse much of it is from genetics.. dont you know that? please dont go into a conversation which you know nothing about.. aquire information, facts then talk about the subject. dont trow something out there which is wrong

  • @oaaserud stop being absurd- a lot of intelligence levels are not genetic but are simply socialisation. If a child is born into a family of doctors and they later get a 1st class honours degree are you saying that the person achieved higher grades simply because they are more "genetically" able. Talking about "dumbness"- that's very one sided

  • @dancthegr as i said; aquire information, then go on to have a chat about the information you've seen.

  • @dancthegr

    You are an idiot.

  • @NUTCASE71733 no what I am getting at is science can't prove everything

  • @dancthegr 'Science cant prove everything', so what? That doesnt entail using unscientific random theories as a substitute...

As for there being no role of genetics in intelligence, i think ull find the brain is an organ like any other and therefore will always have some % of gentic weakness and strength passed down the line. U are right in that this isnt the biggest determining factor tho, education standard, willingness to learn, money, health and mostly curiosity will play bigger roles.

  • @OnlinePokerCowboy good point but what I am saying is that many arrogant scientists think that the only thing that matters is genetic coding; which isn't always the case= sociological, psychological and political theories are just as important

  • @dancthegr I dont know much about the subject, or the studies ur talking about, but i have heard of associating genetics with 'super genius's', with a possible outcome they were hoping for being able to predict if a child was capable of doing extraudinary things from as young as 3 or 4 through genetics and brain scanning.

This isnt arrogant, the fact genetics do influence someones base intelligence could render certain individuals incapable of accomplishing what people like Einstein have.

  • @OnlinePokerCowboy I agree= but if you look at these "super geniuses" most come from middle class upbringing suggesting that they would always push their child's intelligence. Therefore genetics is not the only reason for intelligence or anything else for that matter. in WW1, British officers were on average 5 inches taller than privates

  • this series was wonderful

  • What a huge loss Douglas Adams is to the universe. Upsetting that he spoke about 70-80 years, when he got such a short run.

  • I love reading science but nothing can replace James Joyce.

  • 260 people saw this and said, "He iz rong. Da invizibul man maked everyting with his wand of majik power just 6 thousind yeers ago!! I no cum frum goo!!!"

  • Douglas Adams AND Richard Dawkins in one room?!

    *head implodes from awesome*

  • Oh, if I had had a presentation like this in one of my school classes growing up. The closest I came to anything like this was a lame comment by my high school biology teacher about how God could have used evolution or something to that effect. That was the sum total of my K-12 education about evolution. It was simply not discussed...I think the uproar from the parents would have been too much.

  • The end with Dawkins and Lalla Ward is so cute! What a romantic

  • wow those kids are smarter than most of the high school students i know of.

  • I could watch Dawkins' material all day. Unfortunately, after about a month, I've seen about everything and wish I had new material to cover. Perhaps onto Hitchens now...

  • @gotitans999 That's a great idea. You won't find a better debater - I appreciate him very much

  • Why couldn't I get Richard to teach me biology? Instead I had this woman who, beside music and religion lessons, invented a new kind of lesson: music-religion = singing psalms. Several hours a week, just singing psalms. What a waste of schedule.

  • 4:50 Bobo the early years

  • The evidence is a personal expierience. Feeling the holy ghost, Seeing auras, hearing his voice, developing a strong conscience, losing interest in bad things, attracting different people and expieriences into your life, having an increased knowledge and understanding instantly, feeling more loving, feeling a presence, feeling content, feeling the hole that seems to consume everything become filled, noticing more coincidences, having strong intuition, seeing the effects of karma. all these.

  • @jasonwkeller76

Personal experience is only evidence of the experience - the personal feeling! Not anything else!!

  • @jasonwkeller76 Yeah, that is evidence! I know because I get all those things from hallucinogenic drugs.

  • @jasonwkeller76 The human mind is capable of many illusions. You would mistake a shadow for a robber yet not a robber for a shadow, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Many people hear voices, when you believe you are going to hear a voice, it isn't a huge leap for your mind to create one.

Unfortunately none of which you stated is beyond the delusions a mind is capable of and furthermore you have absolutely no evidence or proof of any of your claims. Theism in a nutshell.

  • @jasonwkeller76 karma comes from the Hindu tradition.. and Christ is the only TRUE God.. remember?? Jesus didn't say shit about karmas.. oh well I guess your intuition from the Holy Ghost just failed.. ha go figure.

  • @jasonwkeller76 - feeling, however intense, is not necessarily evidence. Being an old hippie, I've had not only feelings, but full-blown sensory experiences that FELT very real, but were just my neural circuitry and some assorted chemicals lying to me. There is no objective reason to justify your mysticism, nor is it required to be loving, content and moral. Too many old bastards living long and well to justify Karma, and noticing coincidences is what our pattern-matching brain does.

  • My willy is so big.

  • Lets face it, religion will most likely disappear in the following centuries. Let's enjoy the laughs and controversy we get out of it. Every story you know about religion will get demolished faster and faster with the years going by. During WW2 when Italy rose up against Mussolini and allowed Germany to occupy itself including Rome. The pope pretty much allowed the execution of Jews as it had no real power. Every example shows just how skewed or stupid the religion beliefs are and what goes on.

  • Prof Richard Dawkins**

  • Why didn't Richard Dawkins come to my middle school?:(

  • 3:34 justin bieber.

  • Exactly, time to look at the world as it is, intead of predeciding of whatever we'd want it to be.

  • I believe children would be so happy to learn about evolution. Evolution makes me so happy in a way my religion never did. I got choked up to see the children say they enjoyed the lecture. Such a beautiful thing to see.

  • @tonymontana1996 Overly emotional, much?

Obscure fact: The First chapter of Genesis no where mentions the word "day" in the Hebrew, from which the English is derived. Indeed, the word it mentions is more accurately translated as "lifetime or lifetimes; ages." Use a concordance.

But we wouldn't want to needlessly slander those horrible folks that want to keep us from doing the sorts of things we evolved morals to keep us from doing, like killing said children before they are born.

  • @UCBitter - not-so-obscure fact. Embryos are not children. It's pretty simple, really. You can't just call any lump of human tissue a human. Otherwise, your doctor could never burn off a wart. God is undoubtedly the biggest abortionist there is. Most fertilized eggs don't implant, and many of those that do implant end up as miscarriages. These are facts. Calling an embryo a child, or a baby is just overly emotionally loaded bilge.

  • @tonymontana1996 You'll like his lectures, 'growing up in the universe' royal institution christmas lectures.

  • All of human history in the dust from one stroke of a nail file that was fantastic, really brings it home how short of a time we've been here.

  • Apart from his books, this gotta be Richard's most astonishing work. I absolutely love it!

  • DX Why did they get richard dawkins to talk at there school, lucky barstards probably don't know how lucky they are.

  • where did the bacteria come from?

  • "lets have a girl be jesus christ" is pretty funny

  • The fact is that, even if "God" did exist, I would still rather be without that absolute nonsense.. and even go to "Hell". And "God" would necessarily turn out to be that monster of absolutism, anger, cruelty and stupidity that already is in the eyes of humanist and real science.

  • Yes, why hasn't he been knighted?

  • Very inauspicious music at the end. Great vid though.

  • Douglas Adams! RIP...

    What a writer.

  • Perhaps I've overlooked something, but could someone tell me what that piano piece at the end is...quite haunting.

  • 0:24 It looks as though DNA is working on his interactive fiction game there (though I don't recognize the part)... man, getting the Babel Fish was hilarious. :P

  • Did it arise out of nothing? The first question one would ask is "where did nothing come from" or "what is nothing" or, "if nothing can become somthing, CAN somthing become nothing" Does NOTHING even exist?

  • @paulio2293 Err, none of those are even vaguely coherent questions. I can't for the life of me, figure out the point of your comment.

  • @etnlIcarus Did you even watch this clip? If you do not understand my comment you must be stupid (No offence).

  • @paulio2293 Focus on the bit where I said *coherent*, as in the questions you posed aren't coherent; aren't cogent; are incoherent; unintelligible; gibberish - largely because you make the categorical error of mistaking, "nothing", for something. The *only* attribute you can ascribe to nothing, is the absence thereof. Evidentially, you don't even understand your own questions; you must be stupid (no offence).

Christ, yt commentators never fail to astonish.

  • @etnlIcarus thumbs up received by me : 2, you : 0. fail/10

  • @paulio2293 Makes one wonder whether some people could even locate their thumbs.

But I agree: the court of public opinion has spoken and it spake lolcats and Chuck Norris. You're in fine company.

  • @etnlIcarus You are a dumbass. /discussion

  • @paulio2293 If you're going to troll on yt, at least have the decency to exercise some wit. Else, it's worth neither our times.

  • beautiful, awesome, astounding :) Its so ironic people dislike you for you atheistic beliefs when you service to humanity is more than all the faith healers, mystic indian yogis, mullahs etc. Sir Dawkins, you're a real champ :)

  • In my lifetime, I can only hope to achieve a fraction of the postive influence that Richard Dawkins has provided the world. Instead of "the girl" standing in place for Jesus, it should have been Richard.

  • @damaxman great comment

  • "Let's have a girl for Jesus Christ." hahahaha

  • I must admit i'm a bit jealous of those kids (in a good sort of way). And they're being taught by Richard Dawkins no less. How cool is that. :-)

I wish somebody had taken the time to teach me about evolution when i was a child. The subject never even came up in my high school biology classes. And it's not like i was on a religious school or anything. I guess they just never bothered.

At least i got to read Darwin's book later; i'm happy about that. :-)

  • 5:55 the music there sounds like the song "Doll Judgment"

  • I did not know until now that Dawkins was friends with Adams. That is so cool because they are two of the people I admire the most.

  • creationists are unevolved

  • Whoever voted this video down is a filthy piece of crap.

  • @Lycurgus2020

    you are absolutely right!!!!

  • @Lycurgus2020 And I thought Christians were the hate-mongers.

  • Excelentes videos, gracias! :P

  • "I didn't realize my relatives were bacteria"

If only adults could be half as accepting of valid scientific data as a child. We'd have no creationists.

  • lol indeed

  • Wow, that lesson was amazing. Dust of a fingernail. I didn't realize it was quite THAT small of time. Just wow.

  • i wish richard could teach me. even though i know mostly what hes talking about it would be interesting to hear it all again from him

  • 6:09 Romana!!! <3

  • Good oul science!

  • Good to know i'm the 43,000 viewer :)

  • Very very good!

  • lets have a girl for jesus christ! lulz

  • @gggggggggaaaaaa he was kinda gay anyway:P spending all his time with 12 guys:P old joke I knowxD

  • love that part

  • what makes you think he is lying? What is he lying about? Where is the lie?

  • @zambilita ummm how is he lying and how dare you say that he is poisoning their minds when all preachers do is tell lies

  • Richard Dawkins makes an excellent teacher

  • I miss Douglas Adams.

  • Why hasnt Prof Dawkins been knighted?

  • @FLUSEM666 Probably because he disturbs the religious, power-keeping, royal establishment

  • @FLUSEM666 wouldnt that imply a holy title sorta against whats hes doing still i agree KNIGHT DAWKINS

  • @FLUSEM666 The anarchy is religous XD

  • @FLUSEM666 because Britan still has a state religion

  • @kaimaster11 Agreed.

  • @kaimaster11 Well yeah, but David Attenborough is an atheist with similar views as Dawkins and he has been knighted. I guess it just isn't entirely fair, who get's picked...

  • @FLUSEM666 Why should he be knighted? What significant contribution has he given the people of the UK other than to bash religion? Personal opinion and attacks aside and no ad hominem opinions. Has he done something worthy of knighthood?

  • @drjackflash Where do you want to start?

The first Professor for the Public Understanding of Science at Oxford University. He is a master at explaining scientific concepts and has authored best selling books to that end.

By far his most and important achievement is to encourage the ongoing struggle against belief without evidence. Combating illogical and non questioning attitudes in religion. In that he is unquestionably role model for us all!

  • @FLUSEM666 Yeah, in that I think you answered the question why he has not been knighted. Yeah, a real role model for us all.

  • @drjackflash I take it you are a delusional "blind faithist" content to adhere to bronze age mythologies.

  • @FLUSEM666 Why is it that some history reported is believed without refute yet Christianity while even mentioned by some secular historians has to be mythology.

  • @drjackflash It isn't. And if someone does believe it without refute, they should be smacked. But Christian history is mythology because it is presented as such. What might be facts about that religion, is buried within concepts no more serious than a Marvel comic book.

  • @drjackflash

'Some' history is constantly under the scrutiny of the historians ( lack of evidence for the evidence – I guess ?) and, 'some' history is accepted because of overwhelming evidence for the events.

Christianity is an extremely well documented event in the history of our civilization ( ( it lasts well established till nowadays ) and, there is no reason for refuting it. It is there, alive and kicking healthy. Possibly – the greatest historical mythology ever existed.

    continues..

  • Even much older Buddhism and Hinduism and several hundreds of other religious mythologies and theistic faiths - are not as well documented and described as that of Christianity.

No historian ever could argue about the existence of Christianity. It’s there. Around us. Incredibly disturbing historical event for every thinking mind on the planet. A myth, with its middle finger stretched out far and high. A 'gotch'ya" myth. Offensively stinky myth.

    What… You didn’t know that?

  • @MrJurekGG Carthartic waste of time. Those are 10 seconds I will never get back.

  • @drjackflash

Compare these 10 second to the entire time you've spent on your knees, praying and begging, and apologizing in a total humilation, among thousands of other people doing exactly the same.

Degrading yourself to a being so primitive and undeveloped that needs a god's whip over his/her bent forward back, just to know how behave, to act, to live, to breathe, to think.

Christainity is here to stay for a quite some time, yet. There are billions like you for not to feel lonely.

  • @FLUSEM666

Well the queen might be to busy atm.. im sure he will be knighted soon enough

  • @FLUSEM666 Because sadly we live in a country in which the head of state is also the head of a church....

  • @FLUSEM666 It could have something to do with the fact that the lady with the sword is head of the Church of England.

  • @FLUSEM666 Some people think Mick Jagger and Elton John are more important...

  • @FLUSEM666

"Why hasnt Prof Dawkins been knighted?"

    Because he's become rather unstable.

If you aregue with idiots no-one can tell the difference.

If he just stuck to science and left God alone... but he can't.

  • @FLUSEM666 Because he is an atheist

  • @FLUSEM666 They were going to but they were busy arresting Ray Comfort for intellectual crimes against humanity

  • please subscribe to my channel , for the upcoming debate between ybc and dawkins :D its surly going to be a great debate!

  • Richard Dawkins = EPIC WIN!

I saw his discussion with Brian Eno in Oxford a few months back, fantastic!

  • RIchard Dawkins teaches a science lesson. i would like to have been in that class.

  • 5.38 - "I didnt realise that my relatives were bacteria" :) hahaha

bright kids though - all is not lost - I wonder where they are in the world now?

  • posh little moppets

  • interesting

  • I must say Dawkins is doing a very good job making the subject interesting and getting through to the children. For a lot of them I think this lesson will present them to a whole new view of the world and of humanity, something that they will take with them for the rest of their lives. It must be quite rewarding to get to do that kind of teaching.

  • That's only if it's ever allowed to be taught to them in the way it should. I only wish I'd been taught these things when I was growing up. I have no doubt in my mind that I would be an evolutionary biologist right now.

  • Explain your position on this statement.

  • Yeah,.. how dare he be a champion for something that cures diseases and gives us food and all that jazz!

  • well i think he was rather accurate in his information and he explained it in a easy to understand way that dose not offend most peapol

  • They were some frighteningly clever kids!

(What was that sci fi thing called with all them little blond fuckers in it?)Village of the-damn!(I forget)what the fuck was it called?

    Anyway....

Dawkins is a top teacher, pitty most kids dont get taught by people who know exactly what they are ytalking about & doing!

  • Don't use vulgar language, Dave.

And no, Dawkins isn't. I've seen MUCH better explanations for evolution than that.

And those kids were virtually repeating what he was saying. The only cleverness in that is "Monkey see, monkey do."

  • My apologies for the colourful lingo!

What do you mean by "better explainations" ?

Are you (perhaps) religious?(if so that's your problem!)

"Monkey see, monkey do." Well of course they are indeed young apes these young humans and they were learning(facts)so good for them and well done to Dickie!

  • Its okay. I just hear too much of it in this day and age.

    1) I'm into astrobiology. Read around, and you'll see better ways of illustrating evolution than what he did.

    2) I am religious. How's that a problem? The founding fathers, while not all Christians, were all deists, and took theology VERY seriously. A lot of our politics are in fact built around theology, even if not cited.

    3) Facts in the wrong hands are terrible things. Of course, these are kids, but still.

  • There may well be "Better" Ways of explaining evolution but he was addressing kids(so he tried to make it entertaining)encouraged participation and as long as he got the basic concept accross then the jobs done!

Being religious means you are prone to delusion.

Morality and ethics exist inspite of religion!

It stultifies peoples capacity for rational thought.

"Facts in the wrong hands are terrible things."

Like the knowledge of how to make explosives in the hands of a murderous religious nut?

  • Haha nice.

  • By "achieving" in 10. I of course mean to use the gains from your hard work to honestly buy the same luxury that you saw your neighbour enjoy. :-)

  • I see where you are coming from, but I'm pretty sure "coveting" is something more along the lines of "thinking about stealing." Saying "I'm going to go get an possession that is the same thing as what a neighbor has by my own toil" is not covetous at all. Though honestly, I think one should take the role of the Bishop from Les Miserables, and use what is not needed to give what is needed to those who don't have. "He must increase, but I must decrease."

  • 6. No adultery

Be honest. However this is only valid if you agreed with your partner not to have sex with others.

    7. Do not steal

Be honest. But there could be exceptions in extreme cases.

    8. Do not lie

Be honest. But there are exceptions when you actually should lie.

    9. Not covet neighbors wife

Bad advice. Coveting does not hurt anybody and is difficult to control anyway.

    10. Not desire neighbours belongings

This is really bad advice. Go on desire and then work hard to achieve that!

  • 6) Be honest yourself. I think you need to look into the hippies who tried to start their own commune.

    7) Like Hollywood plots?

    8) What exceptions? When talking to a third world dictator? Not even then! Tell him the truth: "Our guns are pointed in your direction."

    9) I'm surprised you passed Kindergarden with a mindset like that. And yes, it does hurt people. It causes distrust, envy, and strife, and even subconscious body language proves that.

    10) That one actually means "don't be a socialist."

  • Evaluation of the ten commandments: 1. No other gods. Useless. 2. Not misuse the name of your god Unimpressive language advice 3. Sabbath day Useless, it is wise to work on the days which best fits both ones employer/customer and ones private life 4. Honour your father and mother Poor advice. Parents should be honoured only if they deserve it. 5. Thou shalt not kill OK, except in self defence. Not invented by the bible...
  • 1) Depends on your definition of a God. Not useless.

    2) Actually, it says "You shalt not take the Lord's name in vain," meaning "Don't call on the Lord when you're not Christian." But of course, in any sense, it means don't be a vulgar idiot.

    3) Not true. The body works best when given a 1 day out of 7 break.

    4) You misunderstood it again. Honor doesn't mean obey OR respect.

    5) Actually, no surrounding culture came up with that on their own. Most of them were quite brutal.

  • As for science being "uplifting," what a joke. Science isn't supposed to be uplifting---its quite literally a gift from God, and gifts from God aren't uplifting ones. They are ones that dwarf humanity, and drive him to the brink of insanity. They are ones that when abused can kill you.

And he's wrong---evolution isn't gradual. Its sporadic. Its sudden. Only when a species has no selective pressure applied does it move along slowly. That's because progress is death. What we need is reformation.

  • 5:38 nice job Richard Dawkins ,keep on teaching those children that cockroaches and worms are their family

  • Science is truly amazing!

I have yet to find even one real piece of general wisdom coming from a religious book. I asked friends who read a lot in the Bible to come up with one piece of advice that would be generally useful. However, they failed even to find anything to suggest to me.

The golden rule might have qualified, but it was mentioned in writings by Confucius long before the Bible was written.

If anybody has found any general wisdom in the Bible or Quran, please let me know! :-)

  • How about the Ten Commandments? Yes--that is some pretty general wisdom right there.

Of course, I think YOU are confused with "general wisdom" and "common wisdom." There is no common wisdom in the Bible.

That's because common wisdom is cheap.

  • UCBitter, it does not really matter if we use the word "common" or "general" wisdom.

I cannot find any useful piece of advice in the ten commandments. Of course, there is the "be honest" parts but that is not very original. The advantages of honesty must have been known long before the bible.

Note that I would happily accept any useful advice taken from any religious book, regardless of whether everything else in that book is false and/or evil. I am just curious.

  • 1) Yes it does. General means basics, common means accepted. And yes, I can. I will get to that in a moment.

    2) The only source we have on whether or not that second paragraph is true is the Bible.

    3) What is your definition of useful advice? If you want useful advice, I'd suggest starting a pyramid scheme. Those are useful. They are not, however, honest. Though honestly, anyone who would fall for one would deserve it (as it takes a predatory mind to think you'd get away with that.)

  • You know, 'cuz if you get sick on sunday (or saturday..sometimes even monday) You should just die. KILL THOSE DOCTORS WORKING ON THE SABBATH!

All them famous people need to die too...bastards becomeing idols.

Oh you want your neighbors car? saveing up to get it? OH GOD YOU'VE COMMITED A SIN!

Yes, the 10 commandments are awful. Depending on which religion you follow at least 3 of them are completely ignored today, even by christians. The sabbath was originally a Saturday, but that got moved.

  • @Yoshimiko951 I think you have committed the same error the Pharisees did in your interpretation of the Sabbath. The Sabbath is to be a day of general relaxation from mundane tasks, to purge oneself of worry and regret.

As for famous folk, the punishment I had in mind was mere anonymity. Your satire of my perspective is ridiculous on this front.

"Coveting" means desiring to acquire from their hands, to better yourself above them.

    cont.

  • @Yoshimiko951 Indeed, I am pretty sure that a good 90% of our law concerned acting on such a desire.

Of course, depending upon what brand of secularist you are, you may think that owning a car is itself a sin!

As for the chronology, the point of choosing a particular day of the week was to get society synchronized. The exact date doesn't matter.

Heard of the man who died from playing over 48 hours of Halo, nonstop, no bathroom or snack breaks? Rest has purpose.

    Go troll a different religion.

  • @Yoshimiko951 Funny how the enlightened puritans of today, those being the left wing, are SO FREAKING OBSESSED with the material world, Puritanical hedonism, the perfect concoction to wreck a society.

  • @frilans

The golden rule is even older than Confucius. It appears in Egyptian writings from about 1500 years before him.

  • Dawkins is a great teacher.

  • 1:22 what a fool!

  • If evolution is not a Fact - then nothing is knowable. 10's of thousands of individual pieces of evidence/facts join together to support a hypothesis which then we call a theory -- And then when even more facts/evidence support the theory then we call the theory a fact. Do you know about the 10' of thousands of pieces of data that support our understanding of evolution? Give me a break - this is not just opinion.

  • Psalm 14:1
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.

    Romans 1:20
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

  • Or... Try obtianing a degree from a prestigious university that takes years to achieve just to understand a little bit of what actually goes on in the world.
