@Daps105 - We wish you could have afforded it - many can't, we know. But flying in researchers from around the world and hosting a clinical medical conference is very expensive. Note that earlybird registration for individuals was $195. It was more for physicians and health care professionals, who could access the accredited CME program.

I too am worried about giving the pharmaceutical companys any control over med marijuana, they are nothing but profit mongers and will make it too expensive for anybody to buy. They are one of the largest reasons of our health care costs being off the chart.

I don't understand where this goes... It seems some people want to make business with medical cannabis. If cannabis will be administrated by world's pharmacy industry, people is fucked up, and cannabis too.

We're concerned about the pharmaceuticalization of cannabis too - while concentrated, specialized cannabinoid compounds will surely be useful, it must not be to the exclusion of natural cannabis and its availability to everyone who prefers the natural herb. Patients Out of Time focus is on the natural plant and phytocannabinoids, with the federal legal patients and their experience an integral part of our effort to educate healthcare professionals and advocate for universal access.
