  • i still watch this show after all these years, i still laugh my ass of as if it was the first time watching it. this is gold. Rowan Atkinson, Tony Robinson, Stephen Fry , Tim McInnerny & Hugh Laurie are fucking comedy geniuses when put together

  • soft, strong and thoroughly absorbent ...

  • Hahaha It's funny because Haig actually did tell his men to slowly walk towards the enemy. Funny, but very sad at the same time...

  • My men have all the artistic talent of a cluster of colored blind hedgehogs.....In a Bag LOL HAHA

  • Youtube you must be broken-why have you only registered my 153 likes?

  • Atkinson playing his best ever TV roll. He perfectly demonstrates a man who is the only one left who still has common sense whilst the rest of the world have gone completely mad..You can hear in his voice the contempt at having to participate in this "Virtual reality"...He seems to toy with every incident and conversation he finds himself engaged in for his own amusement...Superb acting by a superb actor.

  • such a masterpieces show

  • I called my cat 'darling' after this show...."hello Darling"

  • ha, 'soft, strong and thoroughly absorbant'

  • you and me Darling, obviously

  • i love rowan atkinson!

  • In the end of the video, was that Hugh Laurie?

  • @Rappertox yes before he got an American accent Huge Laurie was in 3 series of blackadder

  • 'What's going on, darling?". And Darling did not even respond to that... Classic.

  • I love teaching about WW1 just so I can show these clips to students; they love them. Thank you for posting.

  • @paljim24 I want you to be my teacher.

  • @paljim24 that would be an awesome class

  • As far as I'm concerned this is the greatest tv programme I've ever seen. End of. I forget how old this is when I watch it. You will be lucky if you ever see such a great cast of comedy actors in one series again. True classic.

  • @osmosisbrown1 It's REAL, even TODAY. Sending-in 'kill-teams' makes more-sense than canon-fodder millions die-needlessly. Without giving the ending-away the 'big-push' see's our-hero's going 'over-the-top' as-did too-many others.

  • What does Stephen Fry's character say at 0:52?? I'm using the script as an extract for my English coursework. Thank you!

  • @xmphx "nonsense let's hear the list in full"

  • I've just recently begun watching this series even though its been around and I'm hooked. British comedy has become my newest addiction!

  • @kairi3177 It's a great addiction! Enjoy. :D

  • "Tip Top Secret" HAHA, so many great lines.

  • lol i love blackadders random metaphors " colour blind badgers... in a bag"

  • thoughraly absorbant. soooo funny

  • ah damn this chateau le fete!

  • "The only decent impression he can do is of a man with no talent. What's it called, Baldrick, the Vomiting Cavalier?"

  • normal procedure is to jump two hundred feet into the air and scatter yourself over a WIDE area

    LOOOL

  • 'i thought it would be right up your alley'

    brilliant.

  • Just a short back and sides today i think please!

  • Yes darling...

  • "The only impression Baldrick can do is of a man with no talent. What's it called, 'the vomiting Cavalier'?" XD

  • 1:40 wtf is darling doing? It's like he forgot his ahnds were supposed to be on the table.

  • This is some of the best Blackadder of all.

  • great british comedy!

  • hahaha ".....in a bag"

  • Has to be one of the best BBC comedies ever. "Master piece"

  • Classic! Love it!

  • "my favorite magazine: soft, strong, and thoroughly absorbant"

  • @Brandt761 I thought it would be right up your alley

  • "how could you possibly know that blackadder, it's classified information!"

    LMFAO

least we forget how piontless the battle of the somme was, and how many people died just because of that stupid battle plan

  • @5azzy1216 Exactly! The senior leadership never seemed to learn that the days of the frontal assault were over. During the Civil War, with the rifled musket, it was prohibitive. In World War I with the machine gun it was suicide.

These are the best of the Blackadder shows!

  • First class history!

  • timelss british commedy at its best

  • "I know from long experience than my men have all the artistic talent of a cluster of colour-blind hedgehogs.........in a bag" LMFAO!

  • My favourite scene in Blackadder Goes Forth is in 'Private Plane' when the Red Baron rattles off this epic battle speech and Lord Flasheart just shoots him and goes 'WHAT A POOF!'

    Classic.

  • what is the name of that episode??

  • fucking class

  • brilliant absolutely brilliant, so funny......

  • What do you want Darling?

Thats Captain Darling to you! haha i love that :)

  • i always laugh when they address him as darling

  • Never gets old. ;)

  • 'his resignation and suicide' LOL Blackadder is the best!

  • Splendid
