what other sort of mods would the vw beetle need in order to bolt on the fiberglass tub. im askin coz my mrs has a beetle on her farm, and im gonna surprise her by turnin it into a dune buggy. am i in for a bumpy ass right with this project?
Ayup, i think it would look loads better with a citrion 2 cv, windscreen because there more lower. another thing is down pipes from the role bar leading down to the back 1 on easch side, mine looks shit hot. regards

Does it have the hump with the VIN tag on it? - Mine 20 years ago was Purple Glitter Gelcoat and it was #0007 - Had all the original goodies too..
