This bison was cool. fought with his cape on and was in dark blue and his teleport was like Akuma's. It's different a bit compared to his original design in sf2 animated movie but it was nice.

yeah, you're right he is cool. He resembles the Bison from SF Alpha cuz he fights with the cape, he has the psycho shot, teleport, and his is buffed up.
