Google 'Romanian Animal Rescue' an excellent organisation who are helping to spay and neuter Romanian street dogs, this is a good way to help and make a real difference.
Well here is the proof that there is a terrible problem in Romania with lack of care towards street dogs, lack of education, i.e. unwillingness to spay/neuter, and lack of animal protection. Please stop killing the innocent strays and instead help them to find homes and shelter. I know many people in Romania wish to help these poor dogs but the authorities are unwilling to assist with humane treatment and regard for animals. This situation is out of control and compassion is needed URGENTLY!
Until there are strong laws for spaying/neutering dogs, this problem will remain.
We must support the Romanian Federation for the Protection and Control of Animals, which is the largest organization pushing for such laws. Please support them, as I and my wife will!.

some people there think it is a sin to spay a pregnant mother dog.....thus the puppies were born.
